Our Commitments

Women’s Empowerment

As a brand for which women are a significant part of our consumer base and workforce, we strive to champion women’s empowerment. Our aim is to empower women across our value chain from those who craft our products to those who wear them.

Celebrated on March 8, International Women's Day is dedicated to honoring the lives of women everywhere – women of all nations, all cultures, all beliefs. We recognize the strength of every woman. We believe that together we can, and will, fulfil the century-old vision of the International Women’s Day Founders to stand firmly together with all genders as we do all we can to create a better, more peaceful world.

Women Refugee Mentoring Program

We have a long-standing commitment to Empowerment & Education which we strengthen through our partnership with non-profit organization Tent. Our partnership will include the mentorship of 50 women refugees over the next three years. The goal of the mentorship program is to upskill refugee women and put them in the best possible position to find a job.

We Sparkle

è un’iniziativa creata in collaborazione con la Raks Thai Foundation, un’organizzazione che promuove il rafforzamento delle comunità e l’assistenza ai gruppi svantaggiati, sviluppando corsi di studio e strumenti formativi a sostegno delle competenze finanziaria finanziarie di base. Una componente molto apprezzata del programma WeSparkle è stato il Wellbeing Corner (l’Angolo del benessere), che prevedeva la presenza del personale Raks Thai in fabbrica per offrire di persona orientamento e consulenza durante i momenti di pausa dei lavoratori. Gli organizzatori hanno anche predisposto sessioni speciali con l’intervento di fornitori di servizi esterni, mentre un’area dedicata presentava materiali informativi su una varietà di temi, tra cui finanza, salute e uguaglianza dei generi.

HERproject

HER è l'acronimo di Health Enables Returns (La salute porta a risultati) e con il motto “Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business ” (Donne emancipate, lavoro dignitoso, affari migliori), il progetto illustra come la salute sul luogo di lavoro e l’inclusione finanziaria possano far emergere pienamente le potenzialità delle donne. L’iniziativa HERproject, istituita nel 2007, ha aumentato il benessere, l’autostima e le potenzialità economiche di oltre 1 milione di donne e di 450.000 uomi

Pride

Ci impegniamo con passione a celebrare la comunità LGBTQ+ tutto l’anno attraverso attività di sensibilizzazione, tra cui tavole rotonde, workshop, festeggiamenti durante il mese del Pride e collaborazioni con importanti organizzazioni del settore come Transgender Network Switzerland e Workplace Pride.

Comunità e senso di appartenenza

Vogliamo che i dipendenti avvertano un senso di appartenenza, e questo è possibile permettendo loro di sentirsi se stessi e rappresentati al lavoro, in ogni momento e luogo. I nostri Gruppi di risorse dei dipendenti (ERG - Employee Resource Group) sono fondamentali/cruciali per creare questo senso di inclusione e appartenenza. Gli ERG sono gruppi gestiti dai dipendenti, che contribuiscono a promuovere un luogo di lavoro più attento alla diversità e all’inclusività. Generalmente, i partecipanti sono dipendenti che si sentono legati da un insieme di interessi, esperienze e contesto comuni. Ecco alcuni dei nostri ERG:
