Standard Delivery - DHL
 

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing and shipping

Tokyo, Narita and Yokohama: 2-3 business days
Rest of Japan: 3-5 business days (excluding islands)
Standard shipping cost: JPY 1,000
Free standard shipping over: JPY 18,000

Express Delivery - Sagawa

Express delivery is offered for selected products (subject to availability) and for orders of the Islands of Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku & Okinawa

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 02:00 PM JST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Express delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping

Express shipping cost: JPY 1,800

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
 

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
 

How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.
 

Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and will take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied.

Standard delivery time: 2 business days (Mon - Sat)
Standard shipping cost: SGD 10
Free standard shipping over: SGD 100

Express Delivery - RR Express 

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 10:00 AM SGT will be processed, shipped and delivered same business day.
Express shipping time (Order by 10AM/ Mon. - Fri.): Same Day Delivery by latest 6PM (Mon. - Fri.)
Express shipping cost: SGD 30
