Process engineer

What can you expect in your process engineering apprenticeship?

    Control engineering (electrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics)
    Metal technology 
    Programmable logic controllers (PLC) 
    Computers and digitized equipment
    Productions processes 
    Quality management 
    Project work 

Apprenticeship: 3.5 years, including 2 years in the training workshop and 1.5 years in production
Vocational school: 1 day per week in house

Metal technician


for mechanical engineering

Are you fascinated by metal as a material and are you also precise and reliable? Do you like to look for solutions and implement them in a targeted and meticulous manner? Do you like to contribute ideas and are you ready to develop yourself? Then become a metal technician for mechanical engineering with us.

What can you expect as a metal technician?

After your apprenticeship, you will primarily manufacture, assemble and commission machine parts and equipment, as well as produce tools.

What can you expect in your metal technician apprenticeship?

    Machining: Milling, turning, drilling and grinding 
    Classic and computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools 
    CNC programming 
    Welding technology 
    Pneumatics and hydraulics 
    Productions processes 
    Quality management 
    Project work 

Apprenticeship: 3.5 years, including 2 years in the training workshop and 1.5 years in production
Vocational school: 1 day per week in house (jumps to vocational school)

Electrical engineer


for automation and process control technology

Are you interested in technology and electricity excites you? Do you use your common sense and show "energy" in pursuit of your goals? Do you like to look for alternative solutions and make decisions independently? Then become an electrical engineer for automation and process control technology with us.

What can you expect as an electrical engineer?

After your apprenticeship, you will mainly build electrical systems, work with controls and robots, and repair machines.

What can you expect in your electrical engineering apprenticeship?

    Control and regulation technology
    Automation and measurement technology
    Programming computer-controlled machines, robots and equipment
    Electrotechnical protective measures
    Productions processes
    Project work

Apprenticeship: 3.5 years, including 1.5 years in the training workshop and 2 years in production

Our apprentices in process engineering and metal technology enjoy the advantage of being taught at the plant's own vocational school. 
This has the following main advantages:

  •     Your commuting and working hours remain the same 
  •     You have more study time between the individual teaching days, especially to prepare for exams and schoolwork
