Στην ελληνική μυθολογία, ο Πήγασος, το φτερωτό άλογο, χτυπά τη γη με τις οπλές του για να δημιουργήσει την πηγή της καλλιτεχνικής έμπνευσης, από την οποία πίνουν όλοι οι ποιητές και οι διανοούμενοι. Το γλυπτό στέκεται επάνω στη βάση τριών σημείων του κομματιού. Τα πίσω πόδια και η ουρά του αποτέλεσαν εκείνη την εποχή τεχνολογικό επίτευγμα.

It dwells in a secret, safe place, like something semi-transparent whose presence is illusive. That’s the way it is with a unicorn – you can never be entirely sure whether it is there. Fully cut crystal with matte crystal beard, horn, and tail.
