L'édition Annuelle SCS 2019 est inspirée par la force et la puissance de la maman léopard de l'Amour, et de son amour profond et de sa tendresse pour ses petits. étincelant avec 570 facettes en cristal habilement facetté, elle possède un double revêtement spécial qui permet de recréer le motif gracieux de la fourrure de cet animal menacé d'extinction qui vit près du bassin du fleuve Amour, dans l'est de la Russie et en Chine. Le design s'intitule Sofia, ce qui signifie « sagesse » en grec. Sur la base de la pièce sont gravés au laser ce nom, le logo Swarovski, les initiales du designer Heinz Tabertshofer, et 2019, l'année d'émission.
