Swarovski warrants that Swarovski Created Diamonds jewelry purchased directly from Swarovski or an authorized retailer meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship. The warranty period varies:

• Standard Swarovski Created Diamonds jewelry is covered for three years from the original purchase date (or longer if required by law).
• Made-to-order Swarovski Created Diamonds jewelry is covered for five years from the original purchase date (or longer if required by law).

What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. If your jewelry is determined to have such a defect, Swarovski may repair it if possible or replace it with an equivalent piece at no charge.

What is Not Covered by Swarovski Created Diamonds Warranty?

As proof or origin, every laboratory grown diamond that is 0.25ct or larger carries a laser engraving. This is visible only under strong magnification identifying it as an authentic Swarovski Created Diamonds piece.

The laboratory grown diamonds in the Galaxy and Eternity Collections are authenticated and certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Each diamond is assessed according to the 4Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Each stone in these collections is of exceptional quality, rated G+ in color and VS+ in clarity.

Swarovski Created Diamonds set in 18 karat gold, 14 karat gold, or 925 silver are delicate materials that require special care. To ensure your jewelry remains in the best possible condition, please follow these guidelines:
