Our Commitments
- We will build a diverse leadership population that includes underrepresented groups. As a first step, we commit to a 40:40:20 distribution, where a minimum of 40% of our leaders are women, a minimum of 40% are men, and the remaining 20% can belong to any gender.
- We commit to bias-free recruitment by exploring innovative recruitment practices and inclusive training for our talent acquisition community.
- We will further educate and raise awareness about equity, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce.

Women Refugee Mentoring Program

We have a long-standing commitment to Empowerment & Education which we strengthen through our partnership with non-profit organization Tent. Our partnership will include the mentorship of 50 women refugees over the next three years. The goal of the mentorship program is to upskill refugee women and put them in the best possible position to find a job.
WeSparkle

is een initiatief dat is opgericht in samenwerking met de Raks Thai Foundation, een organisatie die sterke gemeenschappen promoot en achtergestelde groepen helpt, om trainingscurricula en middelen op te stellen die de financiële kennis vergroten. Een populair onderdeel van het WeSparkle-programma is de Wellbeing Corner, waar personeel van Raks Thai aanwezig was op de werkvloer voor persoonlijke begeleiding en advies tijdens de werkpauzes. Er werden daarnaast speciale sessies met externe serviceproviders gehouden, waarbij informatie werd gegeven over verschillende onderwerpen zoals financiën, gezondheid en gendergelijkheid.
HERproject

HER staat voor ‘Health Enables Returns’. Het project met de slogan ‘Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business’ laat zien hoe een prettige werkplek en financiële inclusie ervoor kan zorgen dat vrouwen hun volledige potentieel kunnen benutten. HERproject is opgericht in 2007 en heeft het welzijn, zelfvertrouwen en economische potentieel van meer dan 1.000.000 vrouwen en 450.000 mannen verhoogd.
Pride

We zetten ons het hele jaar door in om de LGBTQ+-community te steunen aan de hand van bewustwordingsactiviteiten zoals paneldiscussies, workshops, Pride Month-vieringen en samenwerkingen met toonaangevende specialistische organisaties zoals Transgender Network Switzerland en Workplace Pride.

Onze Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) zijn ontzettend belangrijk om dit gevoel van inclusie en saamhorigheid te creëren. ERG’s zijn groepen die worden geleid door medewerkers en een diversere en inclusievere werkplek als doel hebben.
