Our Commitments
- We will build a diverse leadership population that includes underrepresented groups. As a first step, we commit to a 40:40:20 distribution, where a minimum of 40% of our leaders are women, a minimum of 40% are men, and the remaining 20% can belong to any gender.
- We commit to bias-free recruitment by exploring innovative recruitment practices and inclusive training for our talent acquisition community.
- We will further educate and raise awareness about equity, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce.
- We commit to creating a workplace where working parents can thrive.

Giornata internazionale della donna

La Giornata internazionale della donna, celebrata l’8 marzo, è dedicata a rendere onore alla vita delle donne in luogo ogni parte del mondo: donne di ogni nazione, cultura e credo. Riconosciamo la forza insita in ogni donna. Crediamo che insieme possiamo, e lo faremo, realizzare la visione secolare dei fondatori della Giornata internazionale della donna: stare saldamente uniti al fianco di tutti i sessi e fare tutto il possibile per creare un mondo migliore e più pacifico.
Programma di tutoraggio per le donne rifugiate
Subtitle:
Il nostro impegno per l’emancipazione e l’istruzione è di lunga data e lo consolidiamo attraverso la nostra collaborazione con l’organizzazione no-profit Tent. Questa collaborazione prevede nei prossimi tre anni un tutoraggio a favore di 50 donne rifugiate. L'obiettivo del programma di tutoraggio è di migliorare le competenze delle donne rifugiate e di metterle nella migliore posizione possibile per trovare un lavoro.
We Sparkle
Subtitle:
è un’iniziativa creata in collaborazione con la Raks Thai Foundation, un’organizzazione che promuove il rafforzamento delle comunità e l’assistenza ai gruppi svantaggiati, sviluppando corsi di studio e strumenti formativi a sostegno delle competenze finanziaria finanziarie di base. Una componente molto apprezzata del programma WeSparkle è stato il Wellbeing Corner (l’Angolo del benessere), che prevedeva la presenza del personale Raks Thai in fabbrica per offrire di persona orientamento e consulenza durante i momenti di pausa dei lavoratori. Gli organizzatori hanno anche predisposto sessioni speciali con l’intervento di fornitori di servizi esterni, mentre un’area dedicata presentava materiali informativi su una varietà di temi, tra cui finanza, salute e uguaglianza dei generi.
HERproject

HER è l'acronimo di Health Enables Returns (La salute porta a risultati) e con il motto “Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business ” (Donne emancipate, lavoro dignitoso, affari migliori), il progetto illustra come la salute sul luogo di lavoro e l’inclusione finanziaria possano far emergere pienamente le potenzialità delle donne. L’iniziativa HERproject, istituita nel 2007, ha aumentato il benessere, l’autostima e le potenzialità economiche di oltre 1 milione di donne e di 450.000 uomi
Pride
Title:
Ci impegniamo con passione a celebrare la comunità LGBTQ+ tutto l’anno attraverso attività di sensibilizzazione, tra cui tavole rotonde, workshop, festeggiamenti durante il mese del Pride e collaborazioni con importanti organizzazioni del settore come Transgender Network Switzerland e Workplace Pride.
