Od leta 2015 smo sodelovali z več kot 30 vodilnimi mednarodnimi oblikovalskimi šolami. Na ta partnerstva smo izjemno ponosni, saj nam omogočajo tesno sodelovanje z novimi oblikovalci, obenem pa lahko naslednjim generacijam ponudimo navdih in sredstva za ustvarjanje na bolj krožen in ozaveščen način. V te programe vključujemo neuporabljene in neprodane kristale, ki bi sicer postali odpadki, in jim tako podarimo novo življenje. Ta partnerstva spodbujajo inovativno mišljenje in na novo opredeljujejo naš način ustvarjanja, ponovne uporabe in odgovornega oblikovanja. Leta 2025 smo uvedli pobudo Swarovski Academic Partnership Competition in k sodelovanju povabili študente iz vodilnih oblikovalskih šol po vsem svetu, ki so obudili naše kristale in ustvarili dizajne na osnovi trajnosti. Doslej smo sodelovali z mednarodnimi šolami, med katerimi so bile Parsons in FIT v New Yorku, Donghua University in Beijing Institute for Fashion Technology na Kitajskem, Istituto Marangoni v Milanu, Dubaju in Miamiju ter London College of Fashion in Central St Martins v Veliki Britaniji.
