Din 2015, am colaborat cu peste 30 de școli internaționale de design de top. Suntem mândri de aceste colaborări, care ne permit să lucrăm îndeaproape cu designeri în devenire, precum și să inspirăm și să echipăm următoarea generație pentru a crea într-un mod mai circular și mai conștient. Prin integrarea în aceste programe a cristalelor neutilizate și nevândute, aducem de asemenea o viață nouă materialelor care altfel ar putea fi irosite. Inspirând gândirea inovatoare, aceste parteneriate ajută la redefinirea modului în care creăm, reutilizăm și proiectăm în mod responsabil. În 2025 am lansat Competiția de parteneriat academic Swarovski, invitând studenți din școli de design de top din întreaga lume să reaprindă cristalele noastre și să conceptualizeze modele ancorate în sustenabilitate. Până în prezent, am colaborat cu centre de învățământ internaționale precum colegiile Parsons și FIT din New York, Universitatea Donghua și Institutul de tehnologie a modei din Beijing, Istituto Marangoni din Milano, Dubai și Miami, precum și cu London College of Fashion și Central St Martins din Marea Britanie.
