SCS Holiday Magic Live Stream Event
Title:As our SCS Holiday Magic Live Stream Event happened at the peak of holiday decorating season, we simply had to include inspiration for transforming your living space. Our tree design took cues from our celebrated Swarovski trees, which are on display in major cities around the world. While red and green-colored crystals were dominant, we spiced up the look with our delectable gingerbread ornaments.
Next, Decoration Artist Birgit Mortl showed us how to decorate a mantelpiece and create a festive dining table that highlights our Swarovski x Rosenthal Signum porcelain tableware. She embellished the table by placing a selection of our holiday ornaments and crystalline characters among the foliage.
Alongside the more traditional ideas, we also included an unusual holiday decoration. Birgit showed us how you can make the SCS herd of elephants part of a holiday display. La repostería navideña es una tradición importante en muchos hogares. Para algunos, es algo que se hace de manera individual con canciones navideñas de fondo, pero para otros es un acontecimiento al que invitan a todos los amigos y familiares. En cualquier caso, es una costumbre maravillosa que alegra a muchos. Este año hemos vuelto a colaborar con el chef pastelero, Markus Hufnagl del restaurante Daniels Kristallwelten, y hemos elaborado un cortador de galletas único para como adorno de la edición anual de este año. Receta de las galletas navideñas de la SCS
1 taza / 250 g de mantequilla
1 taza / 125 g de azúcar glas
3 tazas / 380 g de harina
1 yema de huevo o 40 g de yema de huevo
2 cucharadas / 25 g de especias de galletas de jengibre
1 g de sal (una pizca de sal)
Ralladura de media naranja
Ralladura de un limón entero
Pasos
Mezcla todos los ingredientes en un bol grande. Cúbrelo y mételo en el frigorífico durante tres horas. Después amasa y extiende la masa con un rodillo de 6 mm de grosor. Hornea a 210 °C durante 8 a 10 minutos. ¡Deja que se enfríen y no te olvides de decorarlas con glaseado real!
