This exciting new offer is free of charge and available once a year to every SCS member. Please note, access is limited as the Manufaktur is a working space. Groups will typically have 10 people (with some exceptions). Each SCS member may bring one adult guest on tour. For legal and safety reasons, children under 18 and pets are not allowed.

Il tour dietro le quinte della Swarovski Manufaktur*, situata all’interno dello stabilimento di produzione originale Swarovski a Wattens, in Austria, è accessibile unicamente ai soci SCS.
7000 mq, su oltre tre livelli: la Manufaktur, all’interno della struttura di produzione principale, riunisce artigianalità e tradizione nella lavorazione dei cristalli con tecnologie all'avanguardia. Un spazio creativo e stimolante, in cui i nostri partner commerciali assistono al processo che dà vita alle loro incredibili idee. I macchinari utilizzati nella Manufaktur sono sviluppati internamente o da fornitori di fiducia secondo le specifiche Swarovski; è proprio questo che ci consente di continuare a produrre i cristalli più spettacolari del mondo.
Durante la visita, potrai assistere a tre processi produttivi:

Dalla concezione alla creazione dei modelli fino alla produzione finale, potrai assistere all’intero processo creativo alla base dei nostri prodotti per la casa. Guidati da esperti, i nostri tour sono disponibili da aprile a ottobre.

Durante la visita, potrai assistere a tre processi produttivi:
- Realizzazione di prototipi in cristallo per lo sviluppo rapido e flessibile di nuovi tagli e forme. Inoltre, qui vengono creati a mano anche campioni di prototipi di prodotti per la casa.
- Realizzazione di prototipi di applicazione: qui si realizzano i prodotti finali, ricorrendo a una varietà di tecniche di applicazione del cristallo su tutti i tipi di superficie. Questo ci consente di ricoprire di cristalli qualsiasi prodotto, dagli abiti da sera alle borse, alle calzature e agli occhiali da sole, in modo che i nostri clienti possano impreziosire i loro design con l’inconfondibile brillantezza Swarovski.
- Progetti speciali: qui si realizzano oggetti d’arte in cristallo e installazioni di illuminazione personalizzate. Più sono complesse, meglio è. Si tratta di progetti realizzati partendo da zero, in collaborazione con clienti e creativi, per portare alla luce le loro idee più stravaganti.

Preparing for Your Visit

Please remember that the Manufaktur is a fully operational facility; to respect our colleagues and the nature of their work, we ask that you exercise discretion at all times.
For the tour to be as immersive and memorable as possible, we ask you to be mindful of the following:

- The Manufaktur tour does NOT include entry into the Kristallwelten. This will need to be booked separately here.
- Please bring your ID, SCS membership details and tour ticket (either printed or electronic).
- You will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and to study and sign the safety rules of the Manufaktur. A visitor’s badge will be given to you.
- You wil be met by your expert guide at the VIP Lounge; at the conclusion of the tour you will be brought back to the Lounge. A Swarovski security officer will accompany the group while on tour.
- No photography is permitted anywhere on the production premises, including the Manufaktur.

In order to join the Manufaktur tour, you must read and accept the Terms & Conditions below:
Swarovski reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. You are bound by these changes and should therefore periodically visit this page to ensure that the information you have is up to date.
- To qualify for the private tour of the Swarovski Manufaktur, Wattens, your SCS membership account must be active at the time of booking and at the time of the tour visit.
- The booking is non-transferable and will automatically expire if you do not attend the tour. A new booking must be made.
- As an SCS member, you can be accompanied by a maximum of one guest on the tour.
- Participants must be over 18 years of age. No children or pets are allowed.
- At the meeting point in the VIP Lounge, Swarovski Kristallwelten, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as well as the Manufaktur Safety Regulations. If you do not sign either document, you will be unable to join the tour.
- Please note, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited within the Manufaktur.
- Swarovski reserves the right to postpone the tour at short notice if it is necessary to focus all Manufaktur resources on urgent production, or for safety and security reasons. You will be able to make a new booking.
