Our Commitments

Women’s Empowerment

As a brand for which women are a significant part of our consumer base and workforce, we strive to champion women’s empowerment. Our aim is to empower women across our value chain from those who craft our products to those who wear them.

El Día Internacional de la Mujer, que se celebra el 8 de marzo, está dedicado a honrar la vida de las mujeres de todo el mundo: mujeres de todas las naciones, todas las culturas y todas las creencias. Somos conscientes de la increíble fuerza de cada mujer. Creemos que juntos podemos cumplir la visión centenaria de los fundadores del Día Internacional de la Mujer en la que todos los géneros permanecen firmemente unidos y hacemos todo lo posible por crear un mundo mejor y más pacífico.

Programa de tutoría para mujeres refugiadas

Tenemos un compromiso permanente con el empoderamiento y la educación, que reforzamos a través de nuestra asociación con la organización sin ánimo de lucro Tent. Nuestra asociación incluirá la orientación de 50 mujeres refugiadas durante los próximos tres años. El objetivo del programa de tutoría es capacitar a las mujeres refugiadas y colocarlas en la mejor posición posible para que puedan encontrar trabajo.

We Sparkle

es una iniciativa creada en colaboración con Raks Thai Foundation, una organización que promueve la solidez de las comunidades y ayuda a los grupos más desfavorecidos con el fin de desarrollar programas de formación y herramientas que ayuden a los conocimientos básicos financieros. Una parte fundamental del programa We Sparkle ha sido el Wellbeing Corner (“rincón del bienestar”), en el que el personal de Raks Thai estaba disponible en el taller para ofrecer orientación y asesoramiento cara a cara durante los descansos de los trabajadores. Los organizadores también prepararon sesiones especiales en las que participaron proveedores de servicios externos, y la zona que se le dedicó albergó material informativo sobre diversos temas como las finanzas, la salud y la igualdad de género.

HERproject

HER son las siglas de Health Enables Returns y, bajo el lema "Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business" (Mujeres empoderadas, trabajo digno, mejores negocios), el proyecto muestra cómo la salud en el lugar de trabajo y la inclusión financiera pueden hacer aflorar todo el potencial de las mujeres. Fundada en 2007, HERproject ha aumentado el bienestar, la confianza y el potencial económico de más de 1 000 000 de mujeres y 450 000 hombres.

Pride

We are passionate about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community throughout the year through awareness raising activities including panel discussions, workshops, Pride Month celebrations and partnerships with leading specialist organizations like Transgender Network Switzerland and Workplace Pride.

Community & Belonging

We want employees to feel like they belong, and that’s only possible when they feel themselves and represented at work – every time and everywhere. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are key/crucial to creating this sense of inclusion and belonging. ERGs are employee led groups that contribute to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Participants are usually employees who feel connected by a mixture of shared interests, experiences, or backgrounds. Here are some ERGs we have:
