Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM KST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Express Delivery – Ilyang Express
Express delivery is offered for selected products (subject to availability).
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM KST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
Express delivery: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping.
Express Shipping Cost: KRW 8,000
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). For Swarovski Created Diamonds you have 30 days to return your items. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and will take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied.
Care & maintenance
Swarovski kristal is een delicaat materiaal dat met bijzonder veel zorg moet worden behandeld. Volg onderstaande adviezen op om ervoor te zorgen dat je Swarovski product gedurende een langere periode in de best mogelijke staat blijft en om schade te voorkomen:
Sieraden en horloges:
Bewaar je sieraden in de originele verpakking of in een zacht tasje om krassen te voorkomen.
Vermijd contact met water.
Doe je sieraden af voordat je je handen wast, gaat zwemmen en/of producten verzorgingsproducten aanbrengt (bijv. parfum, haarlak, zeep of lotion) omdat dit het metaal kan beschadigen en de levensduur van de metalen toplaag kan verkorten. Daarnaast kan het verkleuring en vermindering van kristalschittering veroorzaken. Vermijd hard contact, zoals stoten tegen objecten, waardoor het kristal kan krassen of barsten.
Beeldjes en decoratieve objecten:
Poets je product voorzichtig met een zachte, pluisvrije doek of reinig het met de hand met lauw water. Dompel je kristallen producten niet onder in water.
Droog het product met een zachte, pluisvrije doek om de glans te maximaliseren.
Vermijd contact met agressieve, schurende materialen en glas-/ruitenreinigers.
Het is raadzaam om bij het hanteren van je kristal katoenen handschoenen te dragen om vingerafdrukken te voorkomen.
