Can I do a return?
How do I return my item?
Siparişlerinizi, teslimat tarihinden sonra 14 gün içerisinde iade edebilirsiniz (Hediye Kartları ve Kişilleştirilmiş ürünler hariç).
İadenizi aşağıdaki adımları uygulayarak gerçekleştirebilirsiniz:
1. Adım
İade talebi oluşturmak için lütfen linke tıklayınız Swarovski-Order-Status-FAQs .
2. Adım
İade talebinizi oluşturmak için lütfen yönlendirmeleri takip edin özel iade kodunuzu alın.
3. Adım
İade edeceğiniz ürünleri orijinal kutusuna ve kılıfına koyunuz. Size teslim edildiği gibi eksiksiz bir şekilde hazırlayınız.
4. Adım
Hazırladığınız ürünü Yurtiçi Kargo şubesine ekranda gözüken özel kod ile teslim ediniz.
5. Adım
İade süreciniz 14 iş günü içerisinde tamamlanacaktır. Online iadeniz depoya ulaşıp kabul edildikten sonra bir iade onay emaili alacaksınız. Para iadelerinin hesabınızda görünmesi bnakalararası anlaşmalara göre 12 iş gününe kadar sürebilir. İade ettiğiniz paketi Yurtiçi Kargo tarafından sağlanan bağlantıyla takip edebilirsiniz.

eğer ürünü hediye olarak aldıysanız, para iadesi göndericiye otomatik olarak yapılacaktır.
Online siteden aldığınız ürünlerin değişime uygun olmadığını unutmayınız. İstemediğiniz ürünleri iade politikamıza uygun bir şekilde iade edebilirsiniz. Sonrasında ihtiyacınız olan doğru ürünü sitemizden yeni bir sipariş oluşturabilirsiniz.
Online iadeniz işleme alındıktan sonra iade kabul emaili alacaksınız ve para iadeniz yapılmış olacaktır.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and in the case you need to return it, returns.swarovski.com to register your return. How do I return a gift?
Online purchase
If delivered directly to you:
Follow the FAQ online returns process to return the item and the amount will be refunded to the card holder.
Alternatively if it is only a size exchange of the same product exchange, subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store for a size exchange.
Instore purchase
Take your return item to your nearest store with the gift receipt where we will be happy to help you choose an alternative from our collection for the same price or of a higher value, or a gift card.

Can I exchange my product?
Online purchase
It is not possible to exchange online purchases returned via post. All returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
Or for straightforward size exchanges of the same product subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store (excluding concessions)
Instore purchase
Exchanges for a different size, colour or alternative product can be processed at your nearest store, subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?
