Inspired by the serenity of the night sky, the set includes an Annual Edition Festive Ornament 2025 and a matching 3D star. In total, the set is crafted with 583 precision-cut facets, with each piece suspended from a white grosgrain ribbon featuring a champagne gold-tone plated tag engraved with the year 2025. A single chaton is also placed in each tag for extra radiance. Hang this set on your tree to enjoy endless plays of light across the season. Decoration object. Not a toy. For metro areas, order your gifts by 10:30 am, 9 February for delivery by Valentine’s Day then sit back and relax – we will make sure they are delivered in time for Valentine’s Day.*

Shipping & returns
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 17:00 CET will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Standard delivery time:Due to the challenges caused by the outbreak of COVID-19, and the higher volume of online orders , your order is facing a delay on dispatch. The standard delivery time is currently extended by a minimum of 3-6 business days. We strongly advise to take account of any lockdown and curfew update from the local authority.
Express delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping.
Unfortunately, Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Swarovski's top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your online order up to 60 days after receipt. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale (with the exception of Gift Cards and Swarovski Masks if unpacked due to hygienic reasons).
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.
Care & maintenance
Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Jewelry & Watches:
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water.
Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance.
Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
