The Carousel
Built in partnership with award-winning artist-designer Jaime Hayon, the Carousel is an interactive attraction adorned with 15 million Swarovski Crystals. The striking monochrome color scheme contrasts with the lush greenery of the gardens, and seamlessly blends contemporary styling with nostalgic appeal. Climb aboard seats inspired by characters from folklore and fairy tales to experience an entirely unique ride.
Prologue III
Larger than life, Prologue III by Fredrikson Stallard combines a patinated steel frame with a veil of droplets crafted from Swarovski Crystals. The piece mimics water’s simple beauty, yet is delightfully complex in its creation, highlighting the circularity of nature and the interplay between light and water.
Crystal Cloud & Mirror Pool
Enjoy a moment of reflection at the Crystal Cloud, which drifts above the Mirror Pool with mesmerizing effect. With a surface area of approximately 1,400 square meters, this mystical masterpiece is the largest work of its kind in the world and features 800,000 hand-mounted Swarovski Crystals. Follow the path down to the Mirror Pool to discover the innumerable fireflies that flit and dance through the air.
Airs & Graces
Airs and Graces is a thought-provoking sculpture by Georg Herold. The artist is known for using industrial materials like roof timbers and bricks to provide a provocative counterpoint to luxury goods like caviar and indeed crystals. His sketch-like human figures show how civilization has influenced humanity, while also highlighting the intriguing connection between natural and man-made beauty.
