Gift Cards and Vouchers

You can merge up to two gift cards into one by simply following the easy steps available on the payment page during checkout.

*Discount Voucher can only be redeemed on swarovski.com (login needed) in the country where the Voucher recipient is a registered member of the Swarovski Club. Discount Voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Discount Voucher is non-transferable, redeemable upon member identification and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, discount voucher can only be used for the product purchase, not for paying gift cards, repair services, delivery costs or membership fees. Checking the remaining balance of an EGC is possible:

- Go to the bottom of the page, in the "Already have a Gift Card" section > "Check the status of your Gift Card"
- Click on "Check Balance"
- A new page opens, insert your Card Number in the "Card Number" field. 
- Click on the button "Check balance"

Gift cards can be sent by email (digital) or by post.

You may choose the gift card design as well as the amount, by following these few easy steps:

- Go to Gifts > Gift Card
- Click on the button "Buy a Gift Card"
- Select your card type to define if receiving a Digital gift card by email or a physical gift card sent by post.
- Select your favorite card design.
- Choose gift card value from available options or enter preferred value manually.
- Add the recipient's details (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- Add your personal greeting text (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- If everything is correct, click on “Add to Shopping Bag”
- Proceed check out as usual, (you might choose more items or finalize the order)

Please note that gift cards can be only redeemed within the same country it was issued or countries using the same currency.

Vouchery
Kody rabatowe i vouchery zniżkowe wpisuje się na stronie w koszyku. Numer vouchera może składać się z liter i cyfr.

Jeśli voucher nie zostanie zaakceptowany, prosimy o upewnienie się, że:
- Ważność vouchera nie wygasła
- Kupowane produkty nie znajdują się na liście produktów wyłączonych z promocji, wymienionej w Regulaminie.
- Nie wpisujesz 10- lub 16-cyfrowego kodu karty podarunkowej zamiast aktualnie posiadanego kodu vouchera.

Karty podarunkowe
Numer karty podarunkowej wpisuje się w 3. kroku procesu finalizacji zakupu (na stronie płatności). Numer karty podarunkowej składa się wyłącznie z cyfr.

Jeśli karta podarunkowa nie zostanie zaakceptowana, prosimy o sprawdzenie poniższych informacji:
- Upewnij się, że poprawnie wpisujesz 10- lub 16-cyfrowy numer karty. Upewnij się, że nie wpisujesz kodu rabatowego lub vouchera zniżkowego.

Aby wykorzystać kod vouchera, należy wykonać poniższe proste kroki:

Po wybraniu wszystkich produktów na stronie koszyka wpisz kod vouchera w polu „Dodaj kod vouchera” i kliknij „Zastosuj kod”. Wówczas wyświetli się potwierdzenie realizacji vouchera.

Przypominamy, że przy jednym zamówieniu można zrealizować tylko jeden voucher.

Nie ma możliwości realizacji vouchera w ramach Wyprzedaży lub innych ofert lub promocji, jak również łączenia voucherów z innymi rabatami lub kuponami.

Zamówienia złożone w przeszłości, produkty z wyprzedaży, karty podarunkowe, produkty z edycji corocznych i limitowanych, z kolekcji Swarovski Remix Collection, produkty SCS oraz specjalne rzeźby, np. Crystal Myriad, są wyłączone z oferty.

Aby wykorzystać kartę podarunkową, należy wykonać poniższe proste kroki:

- Dodaj do koszyka produkty, które chcesz kupić
- Kliknij koszyk
- Dodaj torebkę na prezent lub kartkę okolicznościową, jeśli chcesz
- Wpisz kod z kuponu rabatowego, jeśli go posiadasz i zatwierdź.
 
- Kliknij „Kasa”
- Wybierz odpowiednią opcję dostawy
- Wpisz swój adres rozliczeniowy i dostawy
- Wykorzystaj kartę podarunkową, wpisując jej numer w odpowiednim polu „Zapłać kartą podarunkową” (strona płatności – krok 3) i zatwierdź.
 
- W koszyku pojawi się skorygowana cena.
