Ediția anuală SCS 2019 este inspirată de puterea mamei Leopard Amur și de grija profundă și afecțiunea pentru puii ei. Strălucind cu 570 de fațete de cristal realizate cu măiestrie, prezintă o acoperire dublă specială pentru a recrea modelul grațios al blănii acestui animal pe cale de dispariție care se găsește în aproprierea albiei râului Amur, în estul Rusiei și Chinei. Creația a fost intitulată Sofia, care înseamnă „înțelepciune” în greacă. Baza piesei este gravată cu laser cu acest nume, logo-ul Swarovski, inițialele designerului Heinz Tabertshofer și 2019, anul de lansare.
