When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 7 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Card and the products which have been customized, engraved, adjusted for a fit). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

ジュエリー＆ウォッチ
ジュエリーはキズがつかないよう、お買い上げ時のパッケージまたは柔らかいポーチに入れて保管してください。
水に濡れないようにしてください。
手洗いや水泳の前、あるいは香水、ヘアスプレー、石鹸、ローションなどの製品を使用する際には、必ずジュエリーを外してください。身につけたままでいると、金属部分が損傷を受け、コーティングの寿命が短くなる場合があります。また、変色したりクリスタルの輝きが損なわれたりするおそれがあります。
激しい接触（物にぶつける等）は避けてください。キズや欠損などの原因となる場合があります。
フィギュリン＆デコレーション
けばの立たないソフトな布で丁寧に磨くか、ぬるま湯で手洗いしてください。クリスタル製品は水に浸さないでください。
けばの立たないソフトな布で水気を拭くと輝きが増します。
ざらざらした傷つきやすいものやガラスクリーナーとの接触は避けてください。
クリスタル製品を取り扱う際には、指紋が残らないよう、コットンのグローブを着用することをお勧めします。

リサイクル素材由来のスターリングシルバーを使用したSwarovski demi-fineジュエリーは、長く続く輝きと時代を超えたエレガンスをお楽しみいただけるようデザインされています。スターリングシルバーは、空気や環境要因に触れることで、時間の経過とともに自然に変色することがあります。表面がわずかに黒ずんだり曇ったりする現象は、スターリングシルバー本来の特性であり、不良や品質低下を示すものではありません。変色の程度は、肌質、気候、保管状況、日常のお手入れなどにより異なります。
日常のお手入れ
スターリングシルバーは、日常的に着用いただくほうが比較的お手入れの手間が少ない素材のため、毎日のご着用をおすすめします。輝きを保つため、水、香水、ローション、家庭用洗剤などとの接触はお避けください。
ジュエリーのお手入れ
スワロフスキー クリーニングクロスまたは柔らかいポリッシングクロス（シルバー磨き用クロス）で定期的にお手入れいただくことで、輝きを取り戻すことができます。また、お近くの店舗へお持ち込みいただいて有料のクリーニングまたはポリッシングサービスをご利用いただける場合がございます。
ジュエリーの保管方法
着用しないときは、乾燥した密閉容器に保管してください。
