Why should I join?
As a Swarovski Club member, you will receive rewards for making purchases with us. Members also benefit from early access to sales and promotions, invitations to events, status rewards, and more.
You can view your benefits in the “My Account” section when you log in online.
I signed up in store for the Swarovski Club and now want to buy online and accumulate these online purchases. What do I need to do?
Go to Swarovski.com and click on “Login”. On the right-hand side of the page, you will be asked to submit your membership number (found in the footer of any email) and the email address that you used to sign up in-store before setting a password.
Why is my discount voucher not working?
If you are trying to use your discount voucher online, please make sure that you are logged in for the code to work. Voucher codes (for example BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, and SILVER) should be redeemed in your shopping bag.
Furthermore, please note that discount vouchers (e.g., 20% off) can only be used on full-priced items and can only be redeemed once. The vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of a sale, offer, or promotion, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or product vouchers. Repairs, SCS memberships, and special editions are also excluded (special editions refers to items such as, but not limited to, exclusive designer editions, numbered limited editions, SCS annual editions, Crystal Myriad editions, other artistic custom-made items, and collaborations).

How is my tier status calculated?
Uw status is gebaseerd op uw totale aankopen voor het lopende jaar. De aankopen vertegenwoordigen het totaal van alle gekochte, niet-geretourneerde artikelen in een periode van 12 maanden.
Deze periode van 12 maanden begint bij uw eerste aankoop als Swarovski Club-lid. Dit betekent dat als u uw eerste aankoop doet op 10 juli, u tot 9 juli in het volgende jaar (12 maanden later) de tijd hebt om beloningen te verzamelen en de volgende status te bereiken.
Elke keer dat u in aanmerking komt voor een nieuwe status, profiteert u 12 maanden lang van de voordelen ervan.
Producten die op Swarovski.com en in de deelnemende winkels in de 32 deelnemende landen zijn gekocht, worden meegerekend voor je tierberekening. Deze landen zijn: Australië, Oostenrijk, België, Canada, Tsjechië, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Groot-Brittannië, Griekenland, SAR Hongkong, Hongarije, India, Ierland, Italië, Japan, Luxemburg, SAR Macau, Maleisië, Mexico*, Nederland, Nieuw-Zeeland, Polen, Portugal, Roemenië, Singapore, Zuid-Korea, Spanje, Zwitserland, de regio Taiwan, Thailand, Turkije* en de V.S.
