Swarovski Club

As a Swarovski Club member, you will receive rewards for making purchases with us. Members also benefit from early access to sales and promotions, invitations to events, status rewards, and more. 

You can view your benefits in the “My Account” section when you log in online.  
 

Go to Swarovski.com and click on “Login”. On the right-hand side of the page, you will be asked to submit your membership number (found in the footer of any email) and the email address that you used to sign up in-store before setting a password. 

If you are trying to use your discount voucher online, please make sure that you are logged in for the code to work. Voucher codes (for example BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, and SILVER) should be redeemed in your shopping bag.
Furthermore, please note that discount vouchers (e.g., 20% off) can only be used on full-priced items and can only be redeemed once. The vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of a sale, offer, or promotion, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or product vouchers. Repairs, SCS memberships, and special editions are also excluded (special editions refers to items such as, but not limited to, exclusive designer editions, numbered limited editions, SCS annual editions, Crystal Myriad editions, other artistic custom-made items, and collaborations).

 

Ihre Mitgliedsstufe wird auf Basis Ihrer Gesamteinkaufssumme im laufenden Jahr berechnet. Die laufende Einkaufssumme ist die (Gesamt-)Summe aller gekauften und zurückgegebenen Produkte, die ein Swarovski Club Mitglied über einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten tätigt. 

Dieser Zeitraum von 12 Monaten beginnt mit Ihrem ersten Einkauf als Mitglied im Swarovski Club. Wenn Sie also am 10. Juli zum ersten Mal einkaufen, können Sie Ihre Einkaufsprämien bis zum 9. Juli des nächsten Jahres (d. h. 12 Monate lang) sammeln und so die nächste Mitgliedsstufe erreichen.  

Jedes Mal, wenn Sie sich für ein neues Level qualifizieren, können Sie die Vorteile dieses Levels 12 Monate lang nutzen.

Produkte, die auf Swarovski.com und in den teilnehmenden Geschäften der 32 teilnehmenden Länder gekauft werden, zählen für die Berechnung deines Status. Diese Länder sind: Australien, Österreich, Belgien, Kanada, Tschechische Republik, Frankreich, Deutschland, Großbritannien, Griechenland, Hongkong SAR, Ungarn, Indien, Irland, Italien, Japan, Luxemburg, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexiko, Neuseeland, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Singapur, Südkorea, Spanien, Region Taiwan, Thailand, die Niederlande, die Schweiz, die Türkei und die USA.  Die folgenden Artikel werden Ihrer Mitgliedschaft jedoch nicht angerechnet: Zubehör (Pflege- und Reinigungsprodukte); Ersatzteile; Reparaturdienste; der Kauf bzw. die Nutzung von Geschenkkarten, Ihr SCS Mitgliedsbeitrag, Einkäufe außerhalb Ihres festgelegten Wohnsitzlandes und Rücksendungen.
