Express delivery is available on selected products (subject to availability) and within the following regions: metro/urban Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 01:30 PM local time will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping
Express shipping cost: NZD 15
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products a personalized premium delivery service is included with their purchase, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.

Evita il contatto con l’acqua Togli i gioielli prima di lavarti le mani, nuotare e/o applicare prodotti (ad es. profumo, lacca per capelli, sapone o creme), dal momento che ciò può danneggiare il metallo e ridurre la durata della placcatura, oltre a causare scolorimento e perdita di brillantezza del cristallo.
Evita gli urti (ad es. forti impatti contro oggetti) che possono graffiare o scheggiare il cristallo.
Soggetti in Cristallo e Oggetti decorativi:
Lucida con attenzione il tuo prodotto con un panno morbido e privo di lanugine, oppure lavalo a mano con acqua tiepida. Non immergere i prodotti in cristallo in acqua. Asciugali con un panno morbido e privo di lanugine, per massimizzarne la brillantezza. Evita il contatto con materiali duri e abrasivi e con detergenti per vetri/finestre. Nella manipolazione del cristallo, si consiglia di indossare guanti in cotone per evitare di lasciare impronte.
