Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). For Swarovski Created Diamonds you have 30 days to return your items. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Bijuterii și Ceasuri:

Figurine și Obiecte decorative:
Lustruiți produsul cu atenție folosind o cârpă moale, care nu se scămoșează, sau curățați-l manual cu apă călâie. Nu înmuiați produsele din cristal în apă.
Uscați cu o cârpă moale, care nu se scămoșează, pentru a maximiza strălucirea.
Evitați contactul cu materiale dure, abrazive și cu produsele de curățat sticla/ferestre.
Atunci când manipulați cristalul este recomandabil să purtați mănuși din bumbac pentru a evita lăsarea de amprente.
Servicii pentru cadouri
Fă-ți cadoul și mai special cu o pungă premium de marcă și fundă pentru ambalaj colorată. Poți de asemenea include un mesaj personalizat pentru cadou.
Amintește-ți!
Alegând o opțiune de cadou, articolele tale vor fi ambalate într-o singură pungă pentru cadouri. Dacă dorești să adaugi o notă personalizată, o felicitare va fi adăugată la comandă.
