When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

Gelegentliches Polieren mit einem weichen Tuch erhält den ursprünglichen Glanz.
Bitte legen Sie Ihr Schmuckstück vor dem Händewaschen, Schwimmen oder Auftragen von Kosmetikprodukten wie Parfum, Haarspray, Seifen oder Lotionen ab. Diese könnten dem Schmuck schaden, die Lebensdauer der Beschichtung verringern, Verfärbungen verursachen und den Kristallglanz mindern.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Wasser.
Vermeiden Sie Stöße auf harte Gegenstände, die das Schmuckstück zerkratzen sowie Absplitterungen und andere Schäden verursachen könnten.
Figurinen & Dekorationsgegenstände:
Polieren Sie Ihr Produkt sorgfältig mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch oder reinigen Sie es vorsichtig von Hand mit lauwarmem Wasser (Produkt nicht einweichen).
Trocknen Sie es mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch.
Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel oder Glas- und Fensterreiniger.
Zur Vermeidung von Fingerabdrücken empfehlen wir, die Kristallstücke nur mit Baumwollhandschuhen anzufassen und zu reinigen.
