Introduite en 2018, WeShine est une initiative de renforcement des compétences qui vise à soutenir les travailleurs de nos sites de production en Asie en promouvant l’autonomisation, la sensibilisation à la santé et l’éducation financière. Développé et mis en œuvre en collaboration avec des ONG locales et internationales, le programme a déjà été déployé sur nos sites en Inde, en Thaïlande, et au Vietnam, aidant plus de 2 400 travailleurs à gagner en confiance et à communiquer plus efficacement sur ces sujets importants. La dernière édition, un programme WeShine HERhealth de 15 mois sur notre site au Vietnam, proposé en partenariat avec RISE et le LIFE Center, apportait des connaissances pratiques en matière de santé et de bien-être. Il couvrait la sensibilisation à la nutrition, la planification familiale, la santé maternelle, et l’hygiène menstruelle, apportant à une main-d’œuvre majoritairement féminine des informations utiles à leur vie quotidienne.
