Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.

Swarovski Classica:
Swarovski demi-fine sieraden, vervaardigd uit sterlingzilver uit gerecyclede bronnen, zijn ontworpen om langdurige schittering en tijdloze elegantie te bieden. Na verloop van tijd kan sterlingzilver op natuurlijke wijze aanslaan door blootstelling aan lucht en omgevingsinvloeden. Deze lichte verdonkering of dofheid van het oppervlak is een normale en verwachte eigenschap van sterlingzilver en duidt niet op een defect of verminderde kwaliteit. De mate van aanslag kan variëren afhankelijk van de individuele huidchemie, het klimaat en de verzorgingsgewoonten.
Dagelijkse verzorging
Sterlingzilver dat regelmatig wordt gedragen, vereist meestal minder onderhoud, daarom moedigen wij u aan uw sieraden elke dag te dragen. Om de uitstraling van uw sieraad te behouden, raden wij aan contact met water, parfums, lotions en huishoudelijke chemicaliën te vermijden.
Uw sieraden reinigen
Regelmatig reinigen met de Swarovski Cleaning Cloth of een zachte poetsdoek helpt de schittering te herstellen. U kunt uw sterlingzilveren sieraden ook professioneel laten reinigen en polijsten in de dichtstbijzijnde winkel tegen een kleine vergoeding.
Uw sieraden opbergen
Bewaar uw sieraden, wanneer u ze niet draagt, in een droge, luchtdichte verpakking.
Cadeauservices
Maak je cadeau nóg specialer met een luxe tas en een kleurrijke strikverpakking. Je kunt ook een persoonlijke boodschap toevoegen.
