Introduced in 2018, WeShine is a capacity-building initiative that focuses on supporting the workers at our manufacturing sites in Asia by advancing empowerment, health awareness, and financial literacy. Developed and delivered in collaboration with local and international NGO partners, the programme has previously been rolled out at our sites in India, Thailand, and Vietnam, reaching more than 2,400 workers and helping them build confidence and communicate more effectively on these important topics. The latest edition, a 15-month WeShine HERhealth programme at our Vietnam site delivered in partnership with RISE and the LIFE Centre, focused on practical health and wellbeing knowledge. It covered nutrition awareness, family planning, maternal health, and menstrual hygiene, supporting the primarily female workforce with information relevant to their daily lives.
