Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.

By carrying out special processes, treatments, and applying banding and repairs, we give our products a one-of-a-kind worn appearance. The materials we use do not mix well with moisture. We recommend you avoid the rain and coming into direct contact with sources of heat, oil, grease, make-up, alcohol, perfumes, solvents, and other abrasive products. Some materials, such as suede, may release colour when they come into contact with other garments. Always take great care of your shoes when wearing them and remember to put them back in their cloth bag when not being used. The nature of the applications and crafting used on this specific shoe makes the product well suited for everyday use, not to be over-stressed by inappropriate activities. Do not store them anywhere that is too hot, damp, or unventilated.
