Swarovski warranty policy
This warranty only applies to purchases made with Swarovski directly or an authorized Swarovski retailer. All warranty of Swarovski Created Diamonds products are at the original purchase store.
The warranty period is two (2) years for watch movement and one (1) year for other product (or longer period where required by applicable law) from the original date of product(s) receipt (proof of purchase is required).
This warranty does not cover damage to product(s) caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear, and tear and/or failure to follow the product(s) care advice.
To make a claim under this warranty, please contact customer_service_tw@swarovski.com or visit your nearest Swarovski store. In the event your product(s) are found to be defective under this warranty, we will offer you the option to (i) repair the product if possible; or (ii) if the product is unable to repair, we will replace the product with the same item if available, or (at the customer's option) a comparable product if the same item is not available, free of charge.

Proof of purchase
For products purchased in store, the till receipt serves as the proof of purchase and will be requested for any warranty claim.
Please keep it safe. For products purchased from the Online Shop, the delivery receipt serves as the warranty and a certificate per online order.
For all online purchases, the invoice or delivery receipt must be presented, in order to make any claims regarding the warranty or similar.

Is my item repairable?

維修政策
