Standard Delivery - GLS
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 17:00 CET will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing and shipping
Standard shipping cost: EUR 6.95
Free standard shipping over: EUR 99
Express Delivery - FedEx
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 14:30 CET will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping
Express shipping cost: EUR 17.50
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products a personalized premium delivery service is included with their purchase, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.

Express Delivery - Team Global Express
Express delivery is available on selected products (subject to availability) and within the following regions: metro/urban Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 01:30 PM local time will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping
Express shipping cost: NZD 15

Il n’est pas toujours possible de modifier l’adresse de livraison ou la date de livraison une fois que le colis est en transit. Vous aurez éventuellement la possibilité d’organiser la livraison de votre colis de la manière qui vous convient le mieux en utilisant le portail Internet de notre partenaire de livraison.
Livrez-vous vers un autre pays ou une autre région ?
Vous pouvez modifier le pays/la région et la langue en cliquant sur le nom du pays/de la région dans le menu de sélection du pays/de la région.
Où est mon colis ?
Si le suivi indique que votre colis a été livré, veuillez vérifier si quelqu’un d’autre à votre adresse l’a accepté, ou si votre colis a été déposé chez un voisin.
Si ce n’est pas le cas, veuillez rechercher un avis de tentative de livraison : vous le trouverez peut-être dans votre boîte aux lettres.
Si vous ne parvenez pas à localiser votre colis, veuillez contacter le Service Clientèle, en prenant soin d’avoir vos numéros de commande et de suivi à portée de main.
