Tu imagen será tratada con la tecnología Virtual Mirror para que te puedas probar las gafas de sol o de vista que quieras en tiempo real, como si estuvieras frente a un espejo.
¿Sobre qué base jurídica tratamos tus datos?
Es necesario tratar tu imagen para que puedas utilizar la función Virtual Mirror y, por tanto, la base jurídica es la ejecución de un contrato del cual eres una de las partes o la ejecución de medidas precontractuales.
¿Cuáles son las consecuencias de no proporcionar tus datos?
El suministro de los datos es opcional. Sin embargo, si no nos concedes permiso para acceder a la cámara de tu dispositivo para detectar tu imagen, no podrás probarte las gafas que quieras en tiempo real.
¿Cómo funciona Virtual Mirror?
Virtual Mirror es una tecnología de realidad aumentada gracias a la cual el usuario puede probarse virtualmente y en tiempo real las gafas de sol o de vista que desee, como si estuviera frente a un espejo. Al usuario que quiera probarse un par de gafas, después de seleccionarlas, se le pide permiso para acceder a la cámara del dispositivo empleado (por ejemplo, smartphone, tableta, PC, tótem) para aprovechar la tecnología Virtual Mirror. Tras conceder permiso para acceder a la cámara, en la pantalla del usuario aparecerá un espacio tridimensional en forma de óvalo punteado que ayuda a encuadrar correctamente el rostro. A continuación, la tecnología Virtual Mirror aplica un algoritmo con la única finalidad de identificar determinados puntos de referencia dentro de la imagen. Los puntos de referencia se basan en la posición media y la forma de las comisuras de los párpados, la punta de la nariz y la parte superior de las orejas que tocan las varillas de las gafas. Concretamente, el algoritmo funciona midiendo las formas de los puntos de referencia para determinar la posición del rostro del usuario. Por último, el usuario puede ver cómo le quedan las gafas en la pantalla del dispositivo.
¿Con quién compartimos tus datos personales?
Tu imagen es tratada en tiempo real y la Sociedad no la almacenará. El personal de la Sociedad no tendrá acceso a tu imagen y esta no será transmitida a terceros.Tu imagen no será transferida ni compartida con Swarovski.
¿Se transferirán tus datos fuera de la UE?
Tu imagen no será transferida fuera de la Unión Europea.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo se conservan tus datos?
Tu imagen es tratada en tiempo real y la Sociedad no la almacenará. Si haces clic en el comando adecuado, podrás hacer una foto y descargar a tu dispositivo. Incluso en este caso, la Sociedad no tendrá acceso a tu imagen y la Sociedad no la almacenará.
¿Cuáles son tus derechos en relación con tus datos personales?

This is limited to what is necessary to ensure functionality, security, and performance.

- analysing your image to simulate how Swarovski products appear when worn,
- rendering digital visualisations and product overlays,
- ensuring accurate alignment, fit, and display.
Your data is not used for identification, profiling, or facial recognition. It is not used for marketing, personalisation, or analytics beyond what is strictly necessary for the functioning of the VTO tool.
3. Data Controllers and Processors
The data you provide is processed solely by Swarovski. No processing of your image data takes place by iJewel3D; the technology partner only provides the underlying Virtual Try On functionality.
4. Data Retention
Your image data is retained only for the duration necessary to operate the VTO feature. Processing occurs in real time and images are not stored after your session ends.
5. Data Disclosure
Your image data is not disclosed to third parties for advertising, tracking, analytics, or unrelated purposes. No third party receives your image data for its own independent use.
6. Legal Basis and Consent
