Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 07:00 THA Thailand time will be processed and shipped the following business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

Standard Cost: 150 THB 
Free standard shipping over: 3670 THB 
Bangkok: 2-3 Business days after processing and shipping.
Outer Metro: 4-5 Business days after processing and shipping.

Express Delivery - Janio
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 12:00pm THA Thailand time will be processed and shipped the same business days.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Express Cost: 300 THB 
Bangkok: 1-2 Business days after processing and shipping.
Outer Metro: 2-3 Business days after processing and shipping.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.

When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.

We do not ship orders on public holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel is in transit. You might have the possibility to organize the delivery of your parcel in the most suitable way for you, by utilizing our delivery partners’ web portal.

Delivery to another country/region is not possible. Please place the order in the online shop of the country/region where the parcel is being delivered to.

Chcete-li sledovat cestu zásilky, zkontrolujte e-mail s potvrzením o přepravě.
Je-li v údajích o cestě zásilky uvedeno, že již byla doručena, zkontrolujte, zda ji nepřevzal někdo jiný na vaší adrese. Zásilka mohla být případně zanechána i u někoho ze sousedů.
V opačném případě hledejte oznámení o pokusu o doručení. Možná ho budete mít v poštovní schránce.
Nemůžete-li zásilku nalézt, obraťte se na oddělení zákaznické péče. Připravte si číslo objednávky a číslo pro sledování zásilky.
