Description
Depicting the serene depths of the ocean, this wondrous figurine is an underwater showcase of Swarovski’s most expressive savoir-faire. Over 20,300 hand-set crystals in 22 different colors were used to create the abundant coral reef scene, where seahorses glide among the gentle sway of seagrass, and fish dart above the starfish and shell that rest peacefully on the sandy floor. Taking around 304 hours to complete, the figurine is presented inside a glass bell jar, with green lacquered metal for the vibrant seaweed, and a glossy black-coated metal base with a silver-tone plaque engraved with the limited edition number. Only 200 pieces are available, with each delivered inside a premium suitcase with a certificate of authenticity. Decoration object. Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 15.

How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Jewelry & Watches:
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water.
Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance.
Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
