How does Click & Collect work?
When can I collect my order?
Please wait for the “Ready for Pick-Up” email before going to the store.
This confirmation ensures your order is ready for collection.
Collection timing depends on item availability:
Pick up today: The item is already in store and will be ready for collection once you receive your pick-up ready email.
Pick up in X days: The item will be shipped from our warehouse. You’ll first receive an email with tracking details, followed by a second email confirming it’s ready for pick-up in store.
To collect your order you will need to bring your order confirmation email and photo ID. If no ID, the card used for purchase may be accepted.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf they need:
- Order confirmation email
- Purchaser’s photo ID or card used for purchase

How long will you hold my order?
Nous conserverons votre commande en magasin pendant 7 jours, après quoi nous l’annulerons et effectuerons un remboursement. Veuillez noter que, selon votre mode de paiement initial, le traitement de votre remboursement peut prendre jusqu’à 14 jours.
Dans quel magasin ma commande sera-t-elle livrée ?
Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation précisant le magasin que vous aviez sélectionné en passant votre commande en ligne sur swarovski.com.
Comment puis-je retourner ma commande ?
Tous les retours d’articles achetés en ligne seront acceptés dans tous les magasins Swarovski Click & Collect participants. Trouvez votre magasin Click & Collect le plus proche avec le localisateur de boutiques. Utilisez les filtres pour trouver tous les magasins Swarovski Click & Collect participants. Une fois que votre retour en ligne aura été enregistré, vous recevrez par e-mail une confirmation de votre renvoi et le remboursement sera alors effectué.
