 It's always a pleasure to welcome a new or returning member who loves crystal as much as we do.
The standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks from sign up date, you should receive your parcel shortly.

How do I join/renew my SCS membership online?

- Επιλέξτε την ανανέωση τύπου συνδρομής
- Εάν είστε ήδη μέλος του Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) και διαθέτετε λογαριασμό χρήστη online,  
- Επιλέξτε «Είμαι ήδη μέλος» και πληκτρολογήστε τα στοιχεία μέλους SCS, εάν είστε μέλος της SCS χωρίς ηλεκτρονικό λογαριασμό χρήστη.
- Προχωρήστε στην πληρωμή

Θα λάβετε ένα μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης της ανανέωσης μέσω email. 

Η συνδρομή SCS μπορεί να ανανεωθεί σε οποιοδήποτε εξουσιοδοτημένο κατάστημα Swarovski.

Ο κατάλογος καταστημάτων λιανικής είναι διαθέσιμος στη διεύθυνση store-finder. Πληκτρολογήστε την πόλη ή τον ταχυδρομικό σας κώδικα και, στη συνέχεια, επιλέξτε «Προϊόντα για μέλη του SCS» για να περιορίσετε την αναζήτηση των καταστημάτων που προσφέρουν το πρόγραμμα Swarovski Crystal Society.

Γιατί δεν μπορώ να προσθέσω δύο ειδικές εκδόσεις SCS στο καλάθι αγορών;

Τα μέλη του SCS μπορούν να αγοράσουν μόνο ένα αντικείμενο ειδικής έκδοσης.

Εάν έχετε ήδη αγοράσει το αντικείμενο ειδικής έκδοσης online ή από κατάστημα, δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να αγοράσετε άλλο ένα, ακόμα και αν προορίζεται για δώρο.

Εάν προσπαθήσετε να το αγοράσετε online, θα προστεθεί μόνο ένα τεμάχιο στο καλάθι αγορών.

Η συνδρομή μέλους μου στο SCS έχει λήξει. Γιατί δεν μπορώ να ανανεώσω τη συνδρομή μου online;

Η συνδρομή μέλους στο SCS δεν μπορεί να ανανεωθεί online, εάν έχει λήξει για διάστημα άνω των 3 μηνών.

Θα πρέπει να επισκεφθείτε ένα κατάστημα Swarovski, προκειμένου να προχωρήσετε στην ανανέωση. 

Θα βρείτε έναν κατάλογο εξουσιοδοτημένων καταστημάτων λιανικής της Swarovski στην περιοχή σας στον ιστότοπό μας στην παρακάτω σύνδεση:  www.swarovski.com/store-finder/?features=scs

Πού μπορώ να βρω καταστήματα λιανικής του Swarovski Crystal Society;

Ο κατάλογος καταστημάτων λιανικής είναι διαθέσιμος στη διεύθυνση SWAROVSKI.COM/store-finder. Πόσο κοστίζει η συνδρομή μέλους;

Μπορείτε να εγγραφείτε είτε για 1 είτε για 3 χρόνια. Σας ενθαρρύνουμε να εγγραφείτε για 3 χρόνια, καθώς υπάρχει εξοικονόμηση στο κόστος. Μεταβείτε στην ενότητα Εγγραφή/Ανανέωση (ή δημιουργία συνδέσμου) για να ελέγξετε τις συνδρομές μέλους για τη χώρα σας.

Πώς μπορώ να πληρώσω τη συνδρομή μου;

Οι τρόποι πληρωμής για τη συνδρομή μέλους εξαρτώνται από τη χώρα διαμονής σας. Μεταβαίνοντας στα τοπικά καταστήματα λιανικής του SCS μπορείτε να πληρώσετε με μετρητά ή με οποιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο πληρωμής είναι αποδεκτός στο σημείο πώλησης. Εάν αποφασίσετε να εγγραφείτε ή να ανανεώσετε ηλεκτρονικά, δεχόμαστε πληρωμές μόνο με πιστωτική κάρτα.
Σε λίγες χώρες είναι δυνατή η απευθείας χρέωση πιστωτικής κάρτας μέσω τηλεφώνου, συγκεκριμένα σε Ισπανία, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, Αυστραλία, Καναδά, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και ΗΠΑ. Αυτό είναι δυνατό μόνο μέσω της Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών.
 

Πότε λήγει η συνδρομή μου στο SCS;

Μια συνδρομή ορισμένου χρόνου λήγει αυτόματα μετά τη λήξη της θητείας της ιδιότητας μέλους, είτε 1 έτους είτε 3 ετών, εκτός κι αν το μέλος παρατείνει την αντίστοιχη ιδιότητα μέλους.

Πώς μπορώ να ανανεώσω τη συνδρομή μου στο SCS;

For a fixed-term membership, Swarovski will contact the member before the end of the membership term, by means of the contact information provided by the member, and usually first by email if the member has a valid email address, then by post. Generally, the email would be sent around 60 days before the end of the membership term. The reminder by post would be sent 30 days before if no renewal has yet been done.
The SCS member is granted an adequate grace period (generally 3 months) after the end date of the membership term to renew the membership.
 

When does my SCS membership start?

Memberships always start the first day of the subsequent month of sign up. If the sign up takes place the first of the month, the actual sign-up date is considered the start date of the membership. Regardless of when the SCS member¬ship officially starts, if payment has been received, the member is eligible to buy SCS exclusive products and can receive the membership gift in store (whenever available).
A renewal term begins the day after the end date of the previous membership term.
SCS membership can be renewed at any authorized Swarovski retailers, online at Swarovski.com/scs (if an online shop is available), Via telephone with a Customer Service Agent in certain countries only (see above) or using the renewal form included in the reminder letter sent by post.
 

How can I check the data you own about me?

How can I update my personal details?

Please visit SWAROVSKI.COM/scs and, if you do not already have one, set up an online account. Here you can enrich your data with any missing personal details or update existing ones. Alternatively, please contact your local Customer Services office. The contact details per country can be found at the back of the Swarovski Magazine.

What does an SCS member receive when they sign up for the Swarovski newsletter?

Members signing up to the Swarovski newsletter will be kept up to date with exclusive offers, surprises and prod¬ucts for SCS members. These newsletters will appear under the SCS identity. SCS members may also receive invitations to SCS events by email. 
They will also receive various Swarovski promotions under the Swarovski Newsletter, such as pre-SALE, SALE, etc. 
Swarovski novelties and new collections will also be promoted under the Swarovski Newsletter. These will be personalized and segmented according to their inter¬ests of Interiors if it is their preference but according to which category they purchase most and including some cross-category promotions.
 

How can I sign up to receive the Swarovski newsletter?

Just giving your email address will ensure that we can communicate about your SCS loyalty program cycle; for example, the welcome email, reminder to renew email and welcome back email.
Only if you opt-in for the newsletter can we send you special offers and surprises.
You can sign up to the Swarovski newsletter by ticking the relevant box in the SCS application form when joining or renewing your SCS membership. Please also make sure you provide us with a valid email address. In any case, you can always reach your local customer service to sign up to the Swarovski newsletter.
 

What comes inside my SCS annual membership package?

Your annual membership package contains the following:
  •     A personalized letter with membership card
  •     Your annual membership gift
  •     A crystal lovers novelties brochure including the annual exclusive SCS collection
  •     After reaching one of your anniversary years, a SCS Anniversary Gift Voucher sent with your renewal package when you renew

When will I receive my annual membership package?

In general, for new and renewed membership, packages are sent the first day of the next following month after the membership sign-up. Otherwise, if the membership has been signed up late in the month, then it is sent at the middle of the next month. So, you should expect about 4-6 weeks before receiving your membership package.
For 3-year memberships (2nd and 3rd year of a 3-year membership) the membership package is sent in the first few months of the year, so the SCS member can benefit from the annual gift as well as discovering the Crystal Lovers and SCS novelties of the year earlier.

 

SCS and the Swarovski Foundation

SCS members are invited to follow the Swarovski Foundation’s global philanthropic initiatives.

Where and when do SCS Events take place?

As a SCS member you could be invited to an SCS Online Streaming, or you will be invited to an event at your local store.

I would like to cancel my SCS membership. How should I proceed?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your membership. We advise you to contact the Customer Services team by filling in the contact form. Our agents will be happy to support you. 

I am an SCS member. Will I receive any vouchers?

In general, we have 1 type of voucher for our SCS members. You will receive an Anniversary Voucher once you celebrate 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc. years of tenure with the SCS. The voucher will be added to your next membership package. 

My friend who is also an SCS member has a gold card. Why is my card silver?

Our SCS VIP members receive a gold card. The tiering is done based on a calculation that is looking at your tenure with the SCS and at your purchases from the previous year. Every member can become a VIP member if he engages with us and has continuity in his membership. We encourage you to continue being a loyal and engaged customer. You might be surprised with a gold card soon. 

My friend who is also an SCS member has received an additional gift. Why haven`t I received one?

I have not received my membership gift. When will I receive it?

Your membership gift will be sent 4-6 weeks after you have registered or renewed your membership. If more than 6 weeks have passed and you are still missing your gift, we advise you to contact the Customer Services team over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check this for you. 

I have not received my membership card. When will I receive it?

La data sulla mia tessera di Socio non riporta la data originale di adesione. Che cosa posso fare?

Se la tua tessera di Socio non riporta la data originale di adesione ma una data piuttosto recente, ciò solitamente è dovuto ad un periodo di mancata iscrizione tra due iscrizioni. I Soci SCS mantengono la data iniziale di adesione accertandosi di rinnovare la loro adesione in tempo. Ti preghiamo di notare che il periodo di proroga è di 3 mesi. Se l’adesione non è stata rinnovata entro questi 3 mesi, la data iniziale di adesione verrà ricalcolata e riporterà la data in cui l’iscrizione è stata rinnovata (dopo il periodo di proroga). Se hai riscontrato questo problema, contatta il Servizio Clienti utilizzando il modulo di contatto. I nostri agenti saranno lieti di verificare se è possibile trovare una soluzione al tuo problema. 

Non c’è nessuno store nelle vicinanze. Come posso rinnovare la mia adesione in un altro modo?

Se nelle tue vicinanze non c’è un rivenditore SCS, il modo più rapido di rinnovare la tua iscrizione è consultare il sito www.swarovski.com/SCS.
Un’ulteriore opzione è rinnovare l’iscrizione per telefono. Questa opzione è disponibile in certi paesi: Spagna, Regno Unito, Australia, Canada, Caraibi e Stati Uniti. Se risiedi in uno di questi paesi, contatta il Servizio Clienti di competenza.
