Plus de 20 300 cristaux sertis à la main, de 22 couleurs différentes, ont été utilisés pour créer cette scène de récif corallien foisonnant, où les hippocampes glissent au gré du mouvement des algues et où les poissons filent au-dessus des étoiles de mer et de coquillages qui reposent paisiblement sur le fond sablonneux. Nécessitant environ 304 heures de travail, cette figurine est présentée à l’intérieur d’une cloche en verre, affichant du métal laqué vert pour les algues intenses et une base en métal noir brillant avec une plaque argentée gravée du numéro de l’édition limitée. Seules 200 pièces sont disponibles, chacune livrée dans une valise haut de gamme avec un certificat d’authenticité. Objet de décoration. Ceci n’est pas un jouet. Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.

How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.

Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
