Gift Cards and Vouchers

You can merge up to two gift cards into one by simply following the easy steps available on the payment page during checkout.

*Discount Voucher can only be redeemed on swarovski.com (login needed) in the country where the Voucher recipient is a registered member of the Swarovski Club. Discount Voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Discount Voucher is non-transferable, redeemable upon member identification and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, discount voucher can only be used for the product purchase, not for paying gift cards, repair services, delivery costs or membership fees. Discount voucher code must be entered at the shopping bag. Discount Voucher can only be applied to full-priced products and cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher discount. All purchases are subject to the Delivery and Returns Policy. These Terms are additional to Swarovski’s standard terms and conditions, which continue to apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Swarovski’s standard terms and conditions, these Terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

Checking the remaining balance of an EGC is possible:

- Go to the page: https://www.swarovski.com/s-giftcardbuy/Buy-Gift-Card/ 
- Go to the bottom of the page, in the "Already have a Gift Card" section > "Check the status of your Gift Card"
- Click on "Check Balance"
- A new page opens, insert your Card Number in the "Card Number" field. 
- Click on the button "Check balance"

Gift cards can be sent by email (digital) or by post.

You may choose the gift card design as well as the amount, by following these few easy steps:

- Go to Gifts > Gift Card
- Click on the button "Buy a Gift Card"
- Select your card type to define if receiving a Digital gift card by email or a physical gift card sent by post.
- Select your favorite card design.
- Choose gift card value from available options or enter preferred value manually.
- Add the recipient's details (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- Add your personal greeting text (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- If everything is correct, click on “Add to Shopping Bag”
- Proceed check out as usual, (you might choose more items or finalize the order)

Please note that gift cards can be only redeemed within the same country it was issued or countries using the same currency.

Als u problemen ondervindt bij het toepassen van uw voucher of cadeaubon, kunt u het onderstaande controleren.

Vouchers
Kortings- en waardevouchers moeten worden ingevoerd op de winkelmandpagina. De voucher kan letters en cijfers bevatten.

Als de voucher niet wordt geaccepteerd, controleer dan het volgende:
- De voucher is nog geldig.
- De artikelen staan niet op de lijst met uitzonderingen van de Algemene voorwaarden.
- U hebt niet een 10- of 16-cijferige code van een cadeaubon ingevoerd in plaats van de vouchercode.

Cadeaubonnen
Cadeaubonnen kunnen bij stap 3 van het betaalproces (op de betaalpagina) worden ingevoerd. Cadeaubonnen bevatten alleen cijfers.

Als de cadeaubon niet wordt geaccepteerd, controleer dan het volgende:
- Controleer of u het 10- of 16-cijferige kaartnummer juist hebt ingevoerd. - Ga na of u niet de code van een kortings- of waardevoucher hebt ingevoerd.

Volg de volgende eenvoudige stappen om uw vouchercode in te wisselen:

Nadat u alle artikelen hebt geselecteerd die u wilt kopen, kunt u de vouchercode invoeren in het veld ‘Voer promotiecode in’ op de betaalpagina. Klik vervolgens op ‘Toepassen’. Er wordt een bevestiging weergegeven dat uw vouchercode is ingewisseld.

Houd er rekening mee dat er slecht één voucher per aankoop kan worden ingewisseld.

De voucher kan niet worden gebruikt als onderdeel van de sale, andere aanbiedingen of promoties, of in combinatie met andere kortingen of productvouchers.

Bestellingen die in het verleden zijn geplaatst, afgeprijsde producten, cadeaubonnen, Jaarlijkse en Gelimiteerde Edities, de Swarovski Remix Collection, SCS-producten en speciale beelden zoals die uit de Crystal Myriad-collectie zijn uitgesloten.

Volg deze eenvoudige stappen om uw cadeaubon in te wisselen:

- Voeg de gewenste artikelen toe aan uw winkelmand.
- Klik op de winkelmand.
- Voeg indien gewenst een cadeauverpakking of kaartje toe.
- Vul eventueel een vouchercode in en klik op de pijl.
- Klik op ‘Afrekenen’.
- Kies een leveringsoptie.
- Vul het factuur- en afleveradres in.
- Wissel uw cadeaubon in door het nummer van uw cadeaubon in het veld 'Betaal met een cadeaubon' in te vullen (afrekenpagina – stap 3) en klik op de pijl.
- De prijs in uw winkelmand wordt aangepast.
