Stabilendo nuovi standard, la nostra innovativa formula di cristalli esenti da piombo (90 ppm o meno) consente ai nostri clienti di raggiungere la piena conformità alle leggi internazionali vigenti e alle normative che regolano le sostanze soggette a restrizioni nei prodotti finiti per numerosi segmenti.

In conformità con tutti gli elenchi CLEAR e i principi ambientali, la maggioranza dei cristalli del nostro ampio assortimento viene realizzata senza l’aggiunta di cadmio, permettendo ai designer di fare una scelta più responsabile. Il nostro Certificato di Conformità è garanzia di qualità e precisione.

Il nostro programma Restricted Substance, denominato CLEAR, ci impone di gestire, limitare ed eliminare sistematicamente le sostanze chimiche dannose dai nostri prodotti e dalla nostra catena logistica. Si tratta di uno standard vincolante per l’intero sviluppo dei prodotti ed è obbligatorio per la nostra rete di produzione globale. REACH, l’iniziativa dell’UE per la conformità in materia di sostanze chimiche è pienamente integrata in CLEAR.

Ci impegniamo a creare i nostri prodotti riducendo al minimo gli eccessi di produzione, tuttavia, a volte produciamo più cristalli del necessario. Questi cristalli sono una risorsa preziosa che non vogliamo sprecare. Ci impegniamo a “ridare vita” a questi cristalli in diversi modi, senza comprometterne la qualità. Il nostro programma reignited crystals offre a questi preziosi cristalli una seconda possibilità di essere apprezzati.

Recycled metals are derived from used metals which are reprocessed to create a new material, without compromising on quality. With major environmental advantages – reutilizing precious resources instead of using raw materials and creating lower Co2 emissions (less energy required to remelt metals than mine) – we aim to source all of our metals from responsibly managed and recycled sources by 2030.

Our cutting-edge technology allows to increase the efficiency in production by transforming waste-beads into the core of our Swarovski Crystal Pearls. This reduces the amount of new beads we need to manufacture. By reusing our bead-waste, we limit our environmental impact. Swarovski Crystal Pearls remain highly durable, respect all applicable industry expectations and laws, and are a beautiful alternative to freshwater pearls (particularly suitable for vegans).

Swarovski ReCreated™ crystals are Swarovski's most sustainable crystals to date. The innovation lies in utilizing at least 50% of the crystal glass breakage* from the manufacturing process in the production of Swarovski ReCreated™ crystals. This results in a reduction of at least 40% in natural resource** usage and a decrease of at least 34% in the environmental footprint compared to standard Swarovski crystals.

Swarovski has switched the production of Swarovski Zirconia since May 2023 to renewable energy, thereby reducing carbon emissions by 55% compared to regular Swarovski Zirconia and offsetting the remaining 45% during the transition phase.
