Bringing two auspicious characters together for the Year of the Dragon, this captivating decoration is vibrant and meaningful. Each piece has taken 308 hours to complete, with approximately 30,500 crystals delicately set by hand. The design is shaped in a full circle, symbolizing harmony and completion, and is enhanced with splashing waves at the base and dramatic clouds around the dragon’s tail. A gold-tone crystal ball is also added to the dragon’s claw to add further exquisite detail. This incredible home décor piece is set on a Ceralun base and is limited to 150 pieces. How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once the return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from the postage date.
Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Jewellery & Watches:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.

Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
