Is my item repairable?
Please take your item, along with a proof of purchase, to your nearest Swarovski store, where they will be happy to assist and assess the item.
If a fault is found and considered to be covered by the warranty, an exchange or a repair will be offered.
If the damage is outside the scope of the warranty, then we might be able to offer a repair at cost.

Please note, if no proof of purchase is presented, or if the item is outside of its warranty period, we may still be able to offer a repair at a charge.

Can I post my item directly to the repair centers?
We do not currently offer the possibility to post items for repair directly to our repair centers.

Repair policy
Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung von Swarovski gilt für alle Produkte, die bei autorisierten Swarovski Fachhändlern gekauft wurden. Die Gewährleistung umfasst Herstellungs- und Materialfehler bei normalem Gebrauch. Jedes beschädigte Produkt, das unter die Gewährleistung fällt, wird von technischen Experten von Swarovski untersucht. Je nachdem kann das Produkt repariert oder durch ein gleiches Produkt oder ein Produkt von vergleichbarem Wert ersetzt werden. Wird das Produkt ersetzt, kann Swarovski leider nicht garantieren, dass es sich bei diesem Ersatz um das genau gleiche Produkt oder Design handelt. Produkte, die nach Ansicht des Unternehmens einem Unfall, normalen Verschleiß, Missbrauch, Modifikationen, Reparaturversuchen, Fahrlässigkeit oder falscher Anwendung ausgesetzt waren, werden weder repariert noch ausgetauscht oder ersetzt. Für Produkte, die nicht unter die Gewährleistung von Swarovski fallen, bieten wir einen kostenpflichtigen Reparaturservice an. Hinweis: Die Reparatur eines fehlerhaften Produkts erfolgt nur, wenn:
1. es sich um ein echtes Produkt von Swarovski mit dem Schwan-Logo handelt.
2. eine Reparatur möglich ist. Dies gilt nur dann, wenn das Produkt wieder in seinen makellosen Originalzustand versetzt werden kann.
3. Ersatzteile noch immer verfügbar sind (dies ist normalerweise nicht der Fall, wenn ein Produkt nicht mehr produziert wird). Wenn Sie einen Artikel ersetzen oder reparieren möchten, bringen Sie das Produkt bitte in der Originalverpackung zu einem autorisierten Swarovski Fachhändler.
