Title:Masters of Light - From Vienna to Seoul is the first multi-faceted exploration of the rich story and innovative spirit of Swarovski, one of the world’s oldest heritage brands. Arriving in Seoul, the world capital of K-pop, the landmark traveling exhibition opens its doors on October 18th at XYZ Seoul, in the vibrant Seongsu district. It takes visitors on an immersive journey from the birth of Swarovski in 19th century Vienna, to the K-pop scene of 21st century Seoul, through panoramic scenography that is divided into seven Chambers of Wonder.
Time Chamber
Time Chamber reveals the metamorphosis of Swarovski’s story, the evolution of its savoir-faire, and its impact across fashion and culture, while highlighting the creative wonder and exceptional craftsmanship that defines the House. A journey across three centuries, key milestones are illuminated with outstanding examples of artistry drawn from the Swarovski Heritage Collection.
Masters of Light Chamber
Crystal both captures and transforms light, offering a scintillation and shine that allows each Swarovski piece to glow with its own inherent luminescence. The Masters of Light Chamber showcases exceptional examples of how this translates into fashion. It brings together a selection of crystal-embellished masterpieces from renowned fashion houses including Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen, and Saint Laurent, as well as jewelry pieces, figurines, and the largest crystal chaton ever created.
Future History Chamber

Diamonds of the Future Chamber
빛을 자유자재로 활용하면서 인공 소재를 이용하는 프런티어로서 새로운 한계를 탐구하는 Swarovski의 다음 여정은 Swarovski Created Diamond입니다. 정교한 실험 환경에서 수백만 년의 시간을 몇 주로 압축하여 정제한 작은 카본 ‘시드’는 한 층 한 층 성장하여 랩 그로운 다이아몬드가 되며, 여기에 Swarovski의 100년 이상 이어진 주얼리에 대한 전문성이 결합하여 정교한 커팅과 폴리싱으로 완성합니다.
Mathemagical Chamber
매스 매지컬 챔버는 뛰어난 홈 오브제 및 패션을 위한 소품과 함께 다채로운 모양과 형태의 Swarovski 크리스털이 돋보이는 주얼리를 선보입니다. 아틀리에이자 실험실인 이 챔버는 과학의 논리와 창조의 마법을 융합합니다. 이 공간의 중심에서 Swarovski의 Swarovski 글로벌 크리에이티브 디렉터 Giovanna Engelbert가 2024 멧 갈라(Met Gala)를 위해 제작했으며, 최고의 장인 정신을 엿볼 수 있는 주얼리 꾸뛰르 작품을 만나볼 수 있습니다.
Jewelry Box
‘저는 이 챔버를 Swarovski 크리스털에 대한 찬사를 표현하기 위해 엄선했습니다. 크리스털의 창시자로서 Swarovski의 역사를 기리고, 1977년부터 주얼리 브랜드로서 이어온 현대적인 전통을 기념합니다. 우리는 장인 정신으로 표현되는 노하우, 각 주얼리의 기하학적 형태, 크리스털에 빛이 통과할 때 만들어지는 컬러 프리즘에서 영감을 얻었으며 이는 제 디자인의 기반이 되었습니다. 모던 아이콘인 Millenia, Lucent, Harmonia, Mesmera는 크리스털 컷에서 영감을 얻었으며 이는 우리 브랜드 DNA의 정수를 보여줍니다.’ Giovanna Engelbert, 글로벌 크리에이티브 디렉터.
Pop Icons Chamber
Shimmering stage costumes and red carpet looks worn by stars such as Harry Styles and Rihanna are unveiled in the Pop Icon chamber, along with costumes worn by global K-pop sensations LE SSERAFIM. The custom outfits from the K-pop band’s CRAZY music video were designed in collaboration with Swarovski, and embellished to highlight their dynamic choreography. Also on display are the crystallized microphones used during LE SSERAFIM's recent performance at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, adorned with a total of 24,000 Swarovski Crystals. Each member of the band selected their own colors and design.
