Od roku 2015 spolupracujeme s více než 30 předními mezinárodními designérskými školami. Na tyto spolupráce jsme hrdí – umožňují nám úzce spolupracovat se začínajícími designéry a zároveň inspirovat a vést další generaci k tvorbě více v duchu cirkulární ekonomiky a uvědomělým způsobem. Tím, že do těchto programů integrujeme nepoužité a neprodané křišťály, vdechujeme nový život materiálům, které by jinak přišly nazmar. Inspirujeme inovativní myšlení – tato partnerství pomáhají nově definovat, jak zodpovědně tvoříme, znovu používáme a navrhujeme. V roce 2025 jsme spustili soutěž Swarovski Academic Partnership Competition a vyzvali studenty z předních designérských škol po celém světě, aby vdechli našim křišťálům nový život a navrhli designy zakořeněné v udržitelnosti. Dosud jsme spolupracovali s mezinárodními školami, včetně Parsons a FIT v New Yorku, Donghua University a Beijing Institute for Fashion Technology v Číně, Istituto Marangoni v Miláně, Dubaji a Miami, a rovněž London College of Fashion a Central St Martins ve Velké Británii.
