Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. Schmuck & Uhren:
Bewahren Sie Ihren Schmuck in der Originalverpackung oder einem weichen Samtbeutel auf, um Kratzer zu vermeiden.
Gelegentliches Polieren mit einem weichen Tuch erhält den ursprünglichen Glanz.
Bitte legen Sie Ihr Schmuckstück vor dem Händewaschen, Schwimmen oder Auftragen von Kosmetikprodukten wie Parfum, Haarspray, Seifen oder Lotionen ab. Diese könnten dem Schmuck schaden, die Lebensdauer der Beschichtung verringern, Verfärbungen verursachen und den Kristallglanz mindern.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Wasser. Vermeiden Sie Stöße auf harte Gegenstände, die das Schmuckstück zerkratzen sowie Absplitterungen und andere Schäden verursachen könnten.

Figurinen & Dekorationsgegenstände:
Polieren Sie Ihr Produkt sorgfältig mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch oder reinigen Sie es vorsichtig von Hand mit lauwarmem Wasser (Produkt nicht einweichen). Trocknen Sie es mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel oder Glas- und Fensterreiniger.
Zur Vermeidung von Fingerabdrücken empfehlen wir, die Kristallstücke nur mit Baumwollhandschuhen anzufassen und zu reinigen.

Swarovski Classica:

Swarovski demi-fine Schmuck aus Sterlingsilber aus recycelten Quellen wurde entwickelt, um langanhaltenden Glanz und zeitlose Eleganz zu bieten. Im Laufe der Zeit kann Sterlingsilber durch den Kontakt mit Luft und Umwelteinflüssen auf natürliche Weise anlaufen. Dieses leichte Nachdunkeln oder Mattwerden der Oberfläche ist eine normale und erwartete Eigenschaft von Sterlingsilber und weist nicht auf einen Defekt oder eine verminderte Qualität hin. Der Grad des Anlaufens kann je nach individueller Hautchemie, Klima und Pflegegewohnheiten variieren.

Tägliche Pflege

Reinigung Ihres Schmucks

Regelmäßige Reinigung mit dem Swarovski Cleaning Cloth oder einem weichen Poliertuch hilft, den Glanz wiederherzustellen. Sie können Ihren Sterlingsilberschmuck auch in Ihrer nächstgelegenen Filiale gegen eine geringe Gebühr professionell reinigen und polieren lassen.

Aufbewahrung Ihres Schmucks

Wenn Sie Ihren Schmuck nicht tragen, bewahren Sie ihn in einem trockenen, luftdichten Behälter auf.

Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:

Jewelry & Watches:
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water.
Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance.
Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
