WeShine is in 2018 geïntroduceerd als een capaciteitversterkend initiatief dat zich richt op het ondersteunen van de werknemers op onze productielocaties in Azië door hun mogelijkheden, gezondheidsbewustzijn en financiële geletterdheid te bevorderen. Ontwikkeld en uitgevoerd in samenwerking met lokale en internationale NGO-partners, is het programma al eerder uitgerold op onze locaties in India, Thailand en Vietnam, waarbij meer dan 2400 werknemers zijn bereikt en geholpen om zelfvertrouwen op te bouwen en effectiever te communiceren over deze belangrijke onderwerpen. De laatste editie, een WeShine HERhealth-programma van 15 maanden op onze locatie in Vietnam, uitgevoerd in samenwerking met RISE en het LIFE Center, richtte zich op praktische kennis over gezondheid en welzijn. Dit omvatte bewustzijn over voeding, gezinsplanning, gezondheid voor moeders en menstruatiehygiëne, en ondersteunde de voornamelijk vrouwelijke werknemers met informatie die relevant is voor hun dagelijks leven.
