Putting People at the Heart
Swarovski has a long-standing commitment to social responsibility that dates to its founding in 1895. As one of the early companies to provide social welfare to workers, such as housing support, financing the local school, and prioritizing employee health, safety and wellbeing, this responsibility has always been part of who we are. Today, we continue this legacy by respecting and protecting the rights of people across our business and supply chain. From advancing gender equity and inclusive leadership to supporting vulnerable workers, we build a culture rooted in fairness and the celebration of individuality at every level.
Progress Highlights

In 2025, women represented 41% of our senior leadership roles, reflecting ongoing efforts to increase the representation of diverse backgrounds in leadership. This progress is also recognized internally, with 89% of our employees agreeing in the Global Culture Survey that Swarovski values diversity and inclusion.

To strengthen diversity and inclusion, we introduced a tool to track representation across our workforce and identify improvement areas. We also updated our Leadership Principles to emphasize inclusivity, respect, and care, helping leaders to create a culture where everyone is valued and able to thrive.

Our owned production facilities are regularly certified or audited against internationally recognized social and occupational standards, including SA8000, SMETA, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Our WeShine program promotes worker empowerment, health and financial literacy at Swarovski-owned manufacturing sites in India, Thailand, and Vietnam. Over 2,400 workers have participated, enhancing wellbeing across our Asian sites.

Since 2022, we have been members of Sedex, one of the world's leading ethical trade platforms that is committed to improving transparency and working conditions in global supply chains.

To ensure that our suppliers and partners uphold the same ethical values as we do, in 2025, we completed 140 environmental and social audits of high-risk suppliers under our Responsible Sourcing Initiative.
