When will I receive my welcome kit/renewal gift?

 It's always a pleasure to welcome a new or returning member who loves crystal as much as we do.
The standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks from sign up date, you should receive your parcel shortly.

How do I join/renew my SCS membership online?

You may renew your SCS membership online by following these few easy steps: 

- Go to https://www.swarovski.com/scs/configurator/renew/
- Select the renewal membership type
- Enter your login if you are a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) and you have an Online User Account 
- Select “Already a member” and enter your SCS membership information if you are a member of SCS without an Online User Account.
- Proceed with the payment

You will receive an email confirming your renewal. 

The SCS membership can be renewed at any authorized Swarovski retailers.

The list of retailers is available on store-finder. Please enter your town or postcode, then choose “SCS Member Products” to narrow the search to Swarovski Crystal Society retailers.

Why can't I add two SCS limited-editions to the shopping bag?

SCS members are only allowed to purchase one limited-edition item.

If you have already purchased the limited edition item online or in store, it is not possible to purchase an additional one, even if it is for a gift.

If you are trying to order the limited edition online, only one item can be added to the shopping bag.

My SCS membership expired. Why can I not renew online?

An SCS membership cannot be renewed online if it expired more than 3 months ago.

We would kindly ask you to visit a Swarovski Store, in order to proceed with the renewal.

Where can I find a Swarovski Crystal Society retailer?

The list of retailers is available on SWAROVSKI.COM/store-finder. Simply choose your country of residence and you will find a list of all retailers; you may narrow down your search by entering the name of your place of residence or a larger town in your area. Filter on “SCS” to narrow the search to Swarovski Crystal Society retailers.

How much does the membership fee cost?

You can join for either 1 or 3 years. We encourage you to sign up for 3 years as there are cost savings. Go to Join/Renew (or make link) to check the membership fees for your country.

How can I pay my membership fee?

Payment modes for the membership fee depends on your country of residence. By visiting your local SCS retailers you may pay by cash or by any other payment mode accepted at the point of sale. If you decide to join or renew online, we only accept payment by credit card.
In a few countries, direct debit Credit card via the telephone is possible, Spain, UK, Australia, Canada, UK and USA. This is only possible via Customer Service.
 

When does my SCS membership end?

A fixed-term membership automatically expires after the membership term, either 1 year or 3 years unless the mem­ber extends its respective membership.

How can I renew my SCS membership?

För ett tidsbegränsat medlemskap kontaktar Swarovski medlemmen innan medlemskapets utgång, med hjälp av den kontaktinformation som medlemmen angett, och vanligtvis först via e-post om medlemmen har en giltig e-postadress, därefter via post. Vanligtvis skickas e-postmeddelandet cirka 60 dagar innan medlemskapets utgång. Påminnelsen via post skickas 30 dagar innan om ingen förnyelse ännu har gjorts.
SCS-medlemmen beviljas en skälig respittid (vanligtvis 3 månader) efter medlemskapets utgångsdatum för att förnya medlemskapet.
 

När börjar mitt SCS-medlemskap?

Medlemskap börjar alltid den första dagen i månaden efter registreringen. Om registreringen sker den första i månaden räknas det faktiska registreringsdatumet som startdatum för medlemskapet. Oavsett när SCS-medlemskapet officiellt börjar, om betalning har mottagits, är medlemmen berättigad att köpa SCS exklusiva produkter och kan få medlemsgåvan i butik (när den är tillgänglig).
En förnyelseperiod börjar dagen efter slutdatumet för den föregående medlemskapsperioden.
SCS-medlemskap kan förnyas hos alla auktoriserade Swarovski-återförsäljare, online på Swarovski.com/scs (om en onlinebutik finns tillgänglig), via telefon med en kundtjänstagent i endast vissa länder (se ovan) eller med hjälp av förnyelseformuläret som ingår i påminnelsebrevet som skickas med posten.

Vad får en SCS-medlem när de registrerar sig för Swarovskis nyhetsbrev?

Members signing up to the Swarovski newsletter will be kept up to date with exclusive offers, surprises and prod¬ucts for SCS members. These newsletters will appear under the SCS identity. SCS members may also receive invitations to SCS events by email. 
They will also receive various Swarovski promotions under the Swarovski Newsletter, such as pre-SALE, SALE, etc. 
Swarovski novelties and new collections will also be promoted under the Swarovski Newsletter. These will be personalized and segmented according to their inter¬ests of Interiors if it is their preference but according to which category they purchase most and including some cross-category promotions.
 

How can I sign up to receive the Swarovski newsletter?

Just giving your email address will ensure that we can communicate about your SCS loyalty program cycle; for example, the welcome email, reminder to renew email and welcome back email.
Only if you opt-in for the newsletter can we send you special offers and surprises.
You can sign up to the Swarovski newsletter by ticking the relevant box in the SCS application form when joining or renewing your SCS membership. Please also make sure you provide us with a valid email address. In any case, you can always reach your local customer service to sign up to the Swarovski newsletter.
 

What comes inside my SCS annual membership package?

Your annual membership package contains the following:
  •     A personalized letter with membership card
  •     Your annual membership gift
  •     A crystal lovers novelties brochure including the annual exclusive SCS collection
  •     After reaching one of your anniversary years, a SCS Anniversary Gift Voucher sent with your renewal package when you renew

When will I receive my annual membership package?

In general, for new and renewed membership, packages are sent the first day of the next following month after the membership sign-up. Otherwise, if the membership has been signed up late in the month, then it is sent at the middle of the next month. So, you should expect about 4-6 weeks before receiving your membership package.
For 3-year memberships (2nd and 3rd year of a 3-year membership) the membership package is sent in the first few months of the year, so the SCS member can benefit from the annual gift as well as discovering the Crystal Lovers and SCS novelties of the year earlier.

 

SCS and the Swarovski Foundation

SCS members are invited to follow the Swarovski Foundation’s global philanthropic initiatives.

Where and when do SCS Events take place?

As a SCS member you could be invited to an SCS Online Streaming, or you will be invited to an event at your local store.

I would like to cancel my SCS membership. How should I proceed?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your membership. We advise you to contact the Customer Services team by filling in the contact form. Our agents will be happy to support you. 

I am an SCS member. Will I receive any vouchers?

In general, we have 1 type of voucher for our SCS members. You will receive an Anniversary Voucher once you celebrate 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc. years of tenure with the SCS. The voucher will be added to your next membership package. 

My friend who is also an SCS member has a gold card. Why is my card silver?

Our SCS VIP members receive a gold card. The tiering is done based on a calculation that is looking at your tenure with the SCS and at your purchases from the previous year. Every member can become a VIP member if he engages with us and has continuity in his membership. We encourage you to continue being a loyal and engaged customer. You might be surprised with a gold card soon. 

My friend who is also an SCS member has received an additional gift. Why haven`t I received one?

Every member can become a VIP member if he engages with us and has continuity in his membership. We encourage you to continue being a loyal and engaged customer. I have not received my membership gift. When will I receive it?

Your membership gift will be sent 4-6 weeks after you have registered or renewed your membership. If more than 6 weeks have passed and you are still missing your gift, we advise you to contact the Customer Services team over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check this for you. 

I have not received my membership card. When will I receive it?

Your membership card will be sent 4-6 weeks after you have registered or renewed your membership. If more than 6 weeks have passed and you are still missing your card, we advise you to contact the Customer Services team over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check this for you. 

My card doesn't reflect the original date when I joined. What can I do?

If your card doesn`t reflect the original joining date but a rather recent date, this is usually due to a gap in the tenure. SCS members keep the original member since date by making sure they renew their membership in time. Please note that our grace period is of 3 months. If the membership is not renewed within these 3 months, the member since date will be recalculated and will reflect the date when you have renewed your membership (after the grace period). If you have experienced this issue, please contact Customer Services over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check if there is a solution for your issue. 

There is no store nearby. How can I renew my membership otherwise?

If there is no SCS retailer nearby, the fastest way to renew your membership is by visiting to www.swarovski.com/SCS.
Another option is renewal over the phone which is available in certain countries: Spain, UK, Australia, Canada, Caribbean, and USA. If you are situated in one of these countries, please contact Customer Services.
