This exciting new offer is free of charge and available once a year to every SCS member. Please note, access is limited as the Manufaktur is a working space. Groups will typically have 10 people (with some exceptions). Each SCS member may bring one adult guest on tour. For legal and safety reasons, children under 18 and pets are not allowed.
The Tour
Title:You will be received at the VIP Lounge in the Kristallwelten by an expert guide who will lead you to the Manufaktur. As part of the private tour, you will have the opportunity to view the creative process that brings Swarovski home products to life.
Tours run April through October, lasting up to two hours, and are available in English and German.
A Unique Experience
Available to SCS members only, go behind the scenes at the Swarovski Manufaktur,* located within Swarovski’s original production facility in Wattens, Austria.
Spanning 7,000sqm over three levels in the Main Production Plant, the Manufaktur unites craftsmanship and crystal heritage with state-of-the-art technologies. An inspiring, creative space, this is where our business partners see their incredible visions crystallize into reality. The machines used at the Manufaktur are developed in-house, or to Swarovski’s exacting specifications by trusted vendors, enabling us to continue producing the world’s most brilliant crystals.
During your visit, you will have the chance to see three production processes:
Join an intimate group of fellow SCS crystal-lovers on a guided tour of this iconic facility. From visualization to models to final production, gain a special insight into the creative process that underpins our home products. Led by an expert, tours are available from April through to October.

- Crystal Prototyping: new cuts and shapes are developed quickly and flexibly. Hand Samples of home prototypes are created here as well.
- Application Prototyping: the final consumer products are made here, using a variety of crystal application techniques on all kinds of surfaces. This allows us to crystallize any product, from evening dresses and handbags to shoes and sunglasses, so our clients can embellish their designs with signature Swarovski radiance.
- Special Projects: crystal art and individual lighting installations are made here - the more complex, the better. These are designed from scratch in collaboration with customers and creatives, bringing their most extravagant ideas to light.

- Die Tour durch die Manufaktur beinhaltet NICHT den Eintritt in die Kristallwelten. Dieser Eintritt muss hier separat gebucht werden.
- Bringen Sie bitte Ihren Ausweis, Ihre SCS Mitgliedschaftsdaten und die Eintrittskarte für die Tour (ausgedruckt oder elektronisch) mit.
- Sie werden gebeten, eine Geheimhaltungserklärung zu unterzeichnen und die Sicherheitsregeln der Manufaktur zu lesen und zu akzeptieren. Sie erhalten einen Besucherausweis.
- Ihr fachkundiger Tourguide erwartet Sie in der VIP-Lounge. Zum Ende der Tour werden Sie wieder zur Lounge zurückgebracht. Die Gruppe wird auf der Tour von der Swarovski Security begleitet.
- Das Fotografieren ist auf dem gesamten Firmengelände verboten, einschließlich in der Manufaktur.
AGB für den Besuch der Manufaktur

Swarovski behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Solche Änderungen sind für Sie bindend. Daher müssen Sie diese Seite regelmäßig besuchen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie über die aktuellsten Informationen verfügen.
- Um an der privaten Tour der Swarovski Manufaktur in Wattens teilnehmen zu können, muss Ihr SCS Mitgliedschaftskonto zu dem Zeitpunkt aktiv sein, an dem Sie die Tour buchen und an der Tour teilnehmen.
- Die Buchung ist nicht übertragbar und verfällt automatisch, wenn Sie nicht an der Tour teilnehmen. In diesem Fall muss eine neue Buchung erfolgen.
- Als SCS Mitglied können Sie von maximal einem Gast auf der Tour begleitet werden.
- Alle Teilnehmenden müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Kinder oder Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
- Beim Treffpunkt in der VIP-Lounge in den Swarovski Kristallwelten werden Sie aufgefordert, eine Geheimhaltungserklärung (NDA) und die Sicherheitsregeln der Manufaktur zu unterzeichnen. Wenn Sie die Dokumente nicht unterzeichnen, können Sie nicht an der Tour teilnehmen.
- Beachten Sie bitte, dass Aufzeichnungen jeglicher Art in der Manufaktur strengstens verboten sind.
- Swarovski behält sich das Recht vor, die Tour kurzfristig zu verschieben, falls es notwendig ist, sämtliche Ressourcen der Manufaktur auf dringende Produktionsprozesse zu konzentrieren, oder aus Sicherheitsgründen. In diesen Fällen werden Sie eine neue Buchung vornehmen können.
