When will I receive my welcome kit/renewal gift?
It's always a pleasure to welcome a new or returning member who loves crystal as much as we do.
The standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks from sign up date, you should receive your parcel shortly.
How do I join/renew my SCS membership online?
You may renew your SCS membership online by following these few easy steps:
- Go to https://www.swarovski.com/scs/configurator/renew/
- Select the renewal membership type
- Enter your login if you are a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) and you have an Online User Account
- Select “Already a member” and enter your SCS membership information if you are a member of SCS without an Online User Account.
- Proceed with the payment
You will receive an email confirming your renewal.
The SCS membership can be renewed at any authorized Swarovski retailers.
The list of retailers is available on store-finder. Please enter your town or postcode, then choose “SCS Member Products” to narrow the search to Swarovski Crystal Society retailers.

Why can't I add two SCS limited-editions to the shopping bag?
SCS members are only allowed to purchase one limited-edition item.
If you have already purchased the limited edition item online or in store, it is not possible to purchase an additional one, even if it is for a gift.

My SCS membership expired. Why can I not renew online?
An SCS membership cannot be renewed online if it expired more than 3 months ago.
We would kindly ask you to visit a Swarovski Store, in order to proceed with the renewal.

Where can I find a Swarovski Crystal Society retailer?
The list of retailers is available on SWAROVSKI.COM/store-finder. Simply choose your country of residence and you will find a list of all retailers; you may narrow down your search by entering the name of your place of residence or a larger town in your area. Filter on “SCS” to narrow the search to Swarovski Crystal Society retailers.
How much does the membership fee cost?
You can join for either 1 or 3 years. We encourage you to sign up for 3 years as there are cost savings. Go to Join/Renew (or make link) to check the membership fees for your country.
How can I pay my membership fee?
Payment modes for the membership fee depends on your country of residence. By visiting your local SCS retailers you may pay by cash or by any other payment mode accepted at the point of sale. If you decide to join or renew online, we only accept payment by credit card.
In a few countries, direct debit Credit card via the telephone is possible, Spain, UK, Australia, Canada, UK and USA. This is only possible via Customer Service.

When does my SCS membership end?
A fixed-term membership automatically expires after the membership term, either 1 year or 3 years unless the member extends its respective membership.
How can I renew my SCS membership?
For a fixed-term membership, Swarovski will contact the member before the end of the membership term, by means of the contact information provided by the member, and usually first by email if the member has a valid email address, then by post. Generally, the email would be sent around 60 days before the end of the membership term. The reminder by post would be sent 30 days before if no renewal has yet been done.
The SCS member is granted an adequate grace period (generally 3 months) after the end date of the membership term to renew the membership.

Le adesioni decorrono sempre dal primo giorno del mese successivo alla sottoscrizione. Che cosa include il mio pacchetto di adesione annuale SCS?
Il tuo pacchetto di adesione annuale include quanto segue:
- una lettera personalizzata con la tessera di Socio;
- il tuo regalo di adesione annuale;
- una brochure sulle novità per gli appassionati del cristallo, compresa l’esclusiva collezione annuale SCS.
- Dopo che avrai completato uno dei tuoi anniversari di appartenenza alla SCS, per festeggiarlo, al momento in cui rinnoverai la tua adesione ti verrà inviato un buono regalo insieme al tuo pacchetto di rinnovo.

In generale, per le nuove adesioni e per quelle rinnovate, i pacchetti vengono inviati il primo giorno del mese successivo alla sottoscrizione. Se invece l'adesione è stata sottoscritta alla fine del mese, l’invio avviene a metà del mese successivo La consegna del pacchetto di adesione è quindi prevista in circa 4-6 settimane.

In general, we have 1 type of voucher for our SCS members. You will receive an Anniversary Voucher once you celebrate 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc. years of tenure with the SCS. The voucher will be added to your next membership package.
My friend who is also an SCS member has a gold card. Why is my card silver?

Als uw kaart niet de oorspronkelijke datum bevat waarop u lid bent geworden, maar een redelijk recente datum, ligt dit meestal aan een gat in het lidmaatschap. SCS-leden kunnen de oorspronkelijke datum behouden door hun lidmaatschap op tijd te verlengen. Houd er rekening mee dat onze respijtperiode 3 maanden bedraagt. Als het lidmaatschap niet binnen deze 3 maanden wordt verlengd, wordt de ‘Lid sinds’-datum opnieuw berekend en komt deze overeen met de datum waarop u uw lidmaatschap hebt verlengd (na de respijtperiode). Als u dit probleem hebt, kunt u contact opnemen met het klantenserviceteam via het contactformulier. Onze medewerkers helpen u graag een oplossing voor uw probleem te vinden.
Er is geen store bij mij in de buurt. Op welke manier kan ik mijn lidmaatschap nog meer verlengen?
Als er geen SCS-retailer bij u in de buurt is, kunt u uw lidmaatschap het snelste verlengen door naar www.swarovski.com/SCS te gaan.
Een andere optie is telefonisch verlengen, wat mogelijk is in bepaalde landen: Spanje, het VK, Australië, Canada, de Caraïben en de VS. Neem contact op met de klantenservice als u zich in een van deze landen bevindt.
