Swarovski는 이와 같은 협업에 많은 자부심을 느끼고 있으며, 이를 통해 신진 디자이너들과의 긴밀한 협력과 더불어 다음 세대에게 영감을 주고 역량을 부여하여 보다 순환적이고 의식적인 방식으로 창작을 이어나갈 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다. 사용되지 않거나 판매되지 않은 크리스털을 이 프로그램에 통합함으로써, Swarovski는 자칫 낭비될 수 있었을 소재에 새로운 생명을 불어넣습니다. 혁신적인 사고를 고취하고자 이루어지는 이러한 파트너십은 우리가 어떻게 책임감을 갖고 창작하고, 재사용하며, 디자인하는지 다시금 정의하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 2025년, Swarovski는 전 세계 선도적인 디자인 학교 학생들을 초청하여 Swarovski 크리스털의 재해석과 지속 가능성에 기반을 둔 디자인을 구상하는 Swarovski 아카데믹 파트너십 공모전을 시작했습니다. 현재까지 Swarovski는 뉴욕 Parsons, FIT 대학, 중국 Donghua University와 Beijing Institute for Fashion Technology, 밀라노,, 두바이, 마이애미의 Istituto Marangoni를 비롯하여 영국 London College of Fashion, Central St Martins를 포함한 국제 학교들과 협력해왔습니다.
