Lanciato nel 2018, il programma WeShine è un'iniziativa di sviluppo delle capacità che si concentra sul supporto alle persone coinvolte nella nostra catena di valore presso i nostri siti di produzione in Asia, promuovendo l'empowerment, la consapevolezza sulla salute e l'alfabetizzazione finanziaria. Sviluppato e realizzato in collaborazione con ONG partner locali e internazionali, il programma è stato precedentemente implementato presso i nostri siti in India, Thailandia e Vietnam, raggiungendo oltre 2.400 lavoratori e lavoratrici e aiutandoli ad avere fiducia e a comunicare in modo più efficace su questi importanti argomenti. L'ultima edizione, che prevedeva un programma WeShine HERhealth di 15 mesi presso il nostro sito in Vietnam, realizzato in partnership con RISE e il LIFE Center, si è concentrato sulla conoscenza pratica in materia di salute e benessere. In particolare ci siamo concentrati sulla consapevolezza alimentare, la pianificazione familiare, la salute materna e l'igiene mestruale, supportando la forza lavoro prevalentemente femminile con informazioni pertinenti alla loro vita quotidiana.
