Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Polissez soigneusement votre produit avec un linge doux qui ne peluche pas ou nettoyez-le à la main avec de l’eau tiède. Ne faites pas tremper dans l’eau vos produits en cristal. Essuyez avec un linge doux qui ne peluche pas pour une brillance maximale.
Évitez tout contact avec des matériaux agressifs ou abrasifs, et des produits nettoyants pour le verre ou les vitres.
Lorsque vous manipulez votre cristal, il est conseillé de porter des gants en coton afin d’éviter les traces de doigt.
